The worst Experience I have ever had in such Hotel either in Egypt or any where else in the world, we did not have reservation but we went to the reception requesting an offer for Family room for 3 or 4 nights, the hotel offered us family room, but after they got our passport and left us waited about 1 hour to check us in, while i keep asking them every 10 min if there are any issues to wait all this long time they never give us feedback, in the end they said they are not able to provide us with the offered room price due to that i do not have marriage contract which is totally ridiculous reason for 2 adults+3 children's to carry their marriage contract, in the end the GM came to us introducing him self as ''General from Egypt Army'' and this hotel belongs to the Egyptian military and this is their rules, and the only solution is to get 2 rooms to be separated from my wife & kids as this is the country rules, which will cost me double price that has been offered earlier almost, i also could not find any rules like that mentioned any where online in the hotel site, this is totally frustrating after waiting 1 hour with 2 kids & 1 infant, i immediately rejected and asked for my passports back and left this Terrible place and Management, please note the hotel is seems also dirty because we have seen around, but we had to accept it due to the price and that the city were full, but after they treated us like that we decided to leave and search somewhere else as this is kind of Discrimination to not accommodate us due to that i have Egypt & EU passports and therefore i have to provide Marriage contract while any other pass or nationality does not have to (Again this is discrimination as per my wife felling's) never try to...

Read moreIt was a very bad experience i don't recommend going there at all.. The location has a nice sea view other than that it's terrible due to the noise from the nearby malls and stages; music is very loud and annoying all night long. Service is terrible, everything is extremely slow... Check-in, housekeeping, waiters in the restaurant, even check-out. The staff is not friendly or cooperative at all. Parking is not free and they insisted on having the key with them which is very questionable. They even charged us more than the amount they told us when we reserved saying that they increased the extra bed fee after the day of our reservation which makes absolutely no sense. Very loud music on the beach which is very disturbing and it's very uncivilised to have people waking at 7 am to reserve seats at the front row with their towels while they have breakfast due to the very narrow part of the beach that serves 2 hotels in addition to visitors, so you end up in a very crowded second or third row barely seeing the sea itself. Food lacks variety and dinner is inedible and not worth the money you pay It was a very bad experience overall i wish i was home every second...
