Hotel is one of the best hotels in Matrouh, although it's a fair experience not the perfect experience. Hotel is not that big, only seven floors with 18 room in each one. The room was clean and tidy with no floor carpets at all, water boiler, and some tea and nescafe with no drinking water offered, TV screen and mini fridge. Staff is really friendly and helpful. الفندق موقعه متميز جدا قريب من كل الأسواق بجوار كافة الخدمات . الواي فاي وهمي موجود في الريسيبشن فقط بمجرد دخولك الغرفة تختفي شبكة الإنترنت . الغرف تصميمها ممتاز الحمام صغير جدا في بعض نماذج الغرف. العاملين بصالة الطعام ودودين جدا وعلي قدر عالي من الإحترافية في التعامل مع النزلاء والأطفال . بالنسبة للطعام سيئ جدا من حيث الأصناف أو الجودة ولاتنتظر تحسن في نوعية أو جودة الطعام رغم وعودهم بالعمل علي تحسينها في الأيام التالية من إقامتك. إدارة الفندق سلبية لايعملون علي حل المشكلات .
