English review below! أقمت في فندق كليوباترا وحجزت غرفتين، وكانت التجربة ممتازة جدًا من جميع النواحي.

الإيجابيات:

الخدمة: طاقم العمل متعاون جدًا وسريع الاستجابة، بدءًا من الاستقبال، مرورًا بفريق الحجز، وحتى عمال النظافة. كان عندي مشكلة في المرتبة في إحدى الغرف، وتم تغييرها فورًا بدون أي تأخير.

النظافة: الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة.

الموقع: موقع مميز جدًا بإطلالة مباشرة على البحر، والمطعم في الدور الثامن يوفر مشهد بانورامي رائع للبحر.

الإفطار: متنوع وطازج، فيه بيض أومليت بيتعمل أمام النزلاء، وطعمية مقلية فريش، وزلابية طازجة ولذيذة جدًا.

التعامل: الشباب العاملين في الفندق متعاونين ومهذبين وسريعين في الخدمة، وده مش دايمًا بنلاقيه حتى في فنادق أكبر.

القيمة مقابل السعر: الأسعار ممتازة مقارنة بالجودة. الغرفة المزدوجة المطلة على البحر كانت بـ 1400 جنيه، والغرفة الثلاثية بـ 2100 جنيه، وده بيخلي الفندق من أفضل الاختيارات من حيث القيمة مقابل السعر في مرسى مطروح.

ملاحظات:

الضوضاء اللي بتيجي من الشارع المزدحم مسموعة في الغرف المطلة على البحر، لكن دي مش مشكلة خاصة بالفندق، دي حاجة في فندق أو غرفة بتطل على شارع رئيسي في مطروح اللي مشكلتها الاساسية بالمسبة لي الضوضاء المرتفعة جدا طول الليل، الأفضل اختيار غرفة داخلية بعيدًا عن الشارع.

الخلاصة: تجربة رائعة، وقيمة ممتازة مقابل السعر، وأكيد لو رجعت مرسى مطروح هقيم في فندق كليوباترا مرة تانية.

I stayed at Cleopatra Hotel and booked two rooms, and overall the experience was excellent.

Positives:

Service: The staff are outstanding in cooperation and quick response, starting from the reception, booking team, and housekeeping. I had an issue with the mattress in one room, and they replaced it immediately.

Cleanliness: Rooms are clean and well-maintained. You need to request cleaning from the stagg whenever you want as they may not do it daily if not asked to do so.

Location: Excellent location with a direct sea view. The restaurant on the 8th floor offers a stunning panoramic view of the sea.

Breakfast: Tasty and fresh. There was freshly made omelet prepared by the chef, freshly fried falafel, and delicious freshly made zalabya.

Staff Attitude: The young staff members are always polite, helpful, and quick to respond – something you don’t always find even in larger hotels.

Value for Money: The price is actually very good compared to the quality. A double sea-view room cost EGP 1,400 and a triple room was EGP 2,100, which is among the best value-for-money options in Marsa Matrouh.

Considerations:

Noise from the busy street is noticeable in sea-view rooms, but this is not specific to this hotel – it’s common for any hotel room facing a busy street in the area. Choosing an interior room could solve this for light sleepers.

1 star only for the view, otherwise I would’ve put 0 stars. Hotel room is disgusting, there’s black mold everywhere, the water runs yellow, and don’t even get the started on the tv. It doesn’t work. The windows aren’t sound proof and you can hear every car passing by. The sheets haven’t been cleaned nor was the floor. And the workers have absolutely no shame. Today I came back from the beach to find out that my hotel room has been opened, I walk in inside to see that nothing has been cleaned, but what I did see was part of my money gone. One of the best views u will get on a hotel in matrouh , it has a good reciption area and so near from every service u want.. A hyper market is just around the corner.
