Worst experience in Egypt ! We get a food poisoning !!!!! Salmonella and bacillus found by hospital during analysis. Still sick after 14 days ! So shame ! The boss didn’t make free ! He said if you put a good comment on google I don’t charge you !! We prefer pay for horrible service and put a comment for the safety of future guests !!! They use the tap water so it’s NIL water !!!!! Vegetable grow up with nil water so there is contamination !!!
Boss is rude and no professional. Using the boat for go on main land will be charged !!!!! And they give you a meeting time but if someone else want go back earlier you have to wait 1h for next boat without informing you !!! Room full of ants and spider ! Dirty and windows dirty so you can’t see the view. Bed are hard ! Shower is low pressure and smelling egg water .
Horrible dog barking everytime someone arrive even during night ! We don’t feel safe during the night outside and can’t have a peaceful sleep!
For breakfast is not good. The only one correct was the Egyptian breakfast with onky 2 pastille and jam . (Yes there is only this on buffet ) and you can’t eat it as you wish !! The boss will come annoying you and seat with you saying « no don’t do that don’t take that , eat lile that » WTH let’s me eat the way I want and don’t bother when I wake up !!!
Coffee is powder industrial or you have to pay extra !
No bottle of water or have to pay extra !
No HACCP hygiene !!!! Buffet outside without ice or fire !!! Many bug!!! HACCP or usph is the rules of hygiene around the world for safety !!! Mean you should keep 4• for cold or 63• for warm !!!! Between this 2 temperature there is multiplication of bacteria bacillus and other !!! And btw they use Nile water for clean cook grow vegetable so dangerous !!!!! And fork dirty !
The tour the boss charge us extra for the driver because we want eat lunch in a restaurant !!! The breakfast take away for the tour is the worst thing I saw in my life ! An over cooked hard egg (grey and not yellow ) with a hard as stone bread !!!!! Shame again
I can’t put zero but I will repeat this on all social media .
People be carreful and go other place !
Update after the answer of the boss : He show that he isnot honnest !!! We use all service we said !!! We agree for a tour and pay for it. But at the end he surcharge us an extra for stop eat lunch (extra because the driver have to wait one hour !!!!!!)
Yes dog always spark Cuisine open yes ! With no hygiene ! Fridge not cold and not working ! As we have some beer inside we can see and be daily surprise !
Vegetable on the ground and on dirty table in cuisine.
Burner dirty with pot on top . Food is prepared in advance . Yes small amount on buffet but that didn’t protect of contamination. If you have HACCP or usph you should read it back . I have all of them !
45min for have some rice for my friend . Rice was watery .
No water offered on buffet !!! Just the infused one ! If you want bottle water you are charged !!
We saw in cuisine the man using tap water for cook in pot !!!
You have a breach ! Admit and as it’s the definition of HACCP found the critical control point and fix them !
So yes we use all what you « offer » : diner , breakfast, boat for Nubian village , boat for cataract (and have to wait 1h15 for be back because your boat wasn’t here ) , tour , tour breakfast , rooft top , extra bottle , fridge , and visit garden , even one of us go swim.
So is not a fake comment but a warning for futur people and for fix your HACCP And about payement booking said Credit card accepted , you should modify it as you said only cash .
For breakfast for the tour our take away box was 1 overcooked egg grey and not yellow inside with one rock hard bread ! No cheese no jam no water wallou . So your staff...
Read moreOur stay at Nala Narty was nothing short of exceptional and truly became the highlight of our trip to Egypt. We originally arrived in Aswan planning to board a Nile cruise, which was unexpectedly canceled the night we arrived. What could have been a major setback turned into a blessing in disguise, thanks to Sherif, the incredible host and owner of Nala Narty.
Sherif went above and beyond to help us completely replan our trip—from arranging activities to sharing local insights—and ensured that our experience in Aswan was not only salvaged, but far exceeded our expectations. We ended up doing all our sightseeing and excursions with Nala Narty as our base, and we’re so grateful we did.
The property itself is stunning—peaceful, beautifully designed, and deeply connected with nature. It provided the perfect calm and relaxing atmosphere we needed. The home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious, and the care and hospitality we received made us feel completely at home.
What started as a disruption to our plans turned into one of the most memorable parts of our entire journey. We left Aswan feeling rested, inspired, and incredibly grateful. We can’t recommend Nala Narty—and...

Nala Narty is a breathtaking and unique experience, not just a hotel. It’s a genuine sanctuary with an incredible Nubian soul. We felt instantly at home thanks to the warm family hospitality.
The owner and the whole team are simply exceptional—incredibly helpful and flexible, they made our entire Aswan trip smooth. They shared so many fantastic local travel tips, helped organised our boat shuttles and were always available with a warm smile.
The concept is brilliant: accessible only by boat, you feel truly disconnected. The ecological commitment is real, enjoying dinner that is literally farm-to-table (grown on their own land) was a highlight every single night. The relaxed, "help yourself" style service, run in collaboration with the local Nubian family, is a welcome change from typical corporate hotels; it makes the stay feel personal and authentic.
If you are looking for tranquility, gorgeous Nile views, and a sincere taste of Nubian culture with personalised service, look no further. This is an...
