By chance, we ended up in this hotel (we were supposed to be in the Swiss Inn, I don't recommend it, but due to overbooking, there was no room even though we came through an agency where we paid the arrangement in full in advance 5k for 7 people). This hotel is much better than the Swiss Inn, the lobby itself is much bigger and nicer where you can enjoy yourself, the beds and armchairs there are very bad. Cafes and restaurants are ok, food and drinks are ok, nothing wow, but this is not some kind of luxury hotel, more or less a budget hotel. The food is good, the only thing I didn't like was that European dishes are prepared in the Egyptian way, and that's not a little for my taste (specifically, I mean spices, I'm not too much of a fan, but if you like it, then it's ok). A very large selection of food, only the breakfast is always the same, we stayed for 10 days and they didn't change anything during those 10 days. I didn't visit for lunch, I mostly ate at the bar on the beach (pizza, hotdog, sandwiches, french fries, fruit, salads). As for activities, there are a lot of them, both sports and others in the form of evening shows, but this time I was not overly active in the hotel. The rooms are average, it was not dirty, but you can see that they are quite old, at least this part where we were. The beach is good, they even have a section that likes to dive and watch the sea life will have content. The resort itself is huge, it also has an aqua park that I'm not sure was working now, mini golf, tennis, football... The staff was very kind, every day they are smiling and helpful, a big praise for them. The overall impression is ok, this is not a luxurious hotel, so I can't give the best marks, there are still things that need to be improved, but I recommend it for a family vacation. PS. If I forget something, I'll add later.

The receptionists were quite OK. Initially they want to offer us to upgrade the room for 25$ per night but I refused because I already book what is recommended during the booking online. The room is clean. Housekeeping came every day. Both of them Mahmood Mohamed & shift control Alla Farouk are the best! Aquapark is good. The middle one with 4 slides are the best. The biggest one at the back are not that fast, quite slow. There are also many other swimming pool around. The lifeguards are doing great job. We saw they were saving one small kid that fell into the swimming pool. Other than that sometimes it’s annoying because they blow whistle a lot and ask us to swim quickly when going out from the pool after the slides. All the staffs I would say quite friendly. Just that one guy at the beach bar was quite rude. But that’s it. Foods are OK. Expecting more arab/egyptian foods. But there weren’t much. The best restaurant is Culina by the pool with live music. There are restaurants on upstairs, downstairs. You need to choose wisely because it’s quite confusing and it’s hiding lil bit. So need to explore around more. Not all pool bars has snacks. They have only basics like soft drinks, coffee and ice creams. Only the main one has some cakes. That’s it. I would expect more snacks. Popcorn & cotton candy is not in All inclusive. 3$ for such small portion. Animations were boring. Only one night was nice with fire show and dance on the beach. Otherwise it was just some Colombian dance, bingo game, solo singer. That’s it. This should be improves. Kids club has a lot of activities. Good to keep the kids away for a while from the sun. Mini disco: just OK. We had better ones, better song in other hotels & countries. Beach was clean, a lot of chairs but still full. Need to be fast to get the chair on the beach.

We found this hotel very very nice, we would definitely recommend it to our friends. The hotel is insanely huge and you can do everything basically inside the hotel. The animation team was just the best i think and special thanks to the bar tenders they are very Hard working and also they Serve to everyone with the same energy unlike some of the waiters in the bars, especially in the lobby bar. Those were these two waiters who never wanted to come near our table, I have no idea why. They see us and walk away in another direction but we thought We were the only one who were being ignored but there were some other people at the hotel who felt the same way. We always had to go to the desk to get some drinks for us. It pretty sad because the bartender makes some delicious cocktails there, I would rather say the best cocktails in the entire hotel. I just wished the service was also at that level. Otherwise the staff overall from cleaning to the Life guards was very friendly and helpful. I would like to especially thank the waiter at the swimming pool, Fayad (I hope I wrote that correct). He was very nice to us. The hotel itself is as said huge and comfortable not so far from the airport. Beautifully designed and decorated. The room service was also good and food as well. About the food I would like to say that they don’t have so much a choices but they cook a lot with vegetables. I would just suggest them to add less oil in food because it just makes it not eatable after a while.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the service is good. There’s also a very nice aqua park for both kids and adults. However, unfortunately, the front desk staff at the hotel are very unprofessional.

Here’s what happened during our experience: We were three families, and we booked through a travel agency from June 20 to June 23. The reservation was for 3 Superior Pool View rooms. But we were surprised when the reception told us the travel agency had booked Standard Garden View rooms instead.

We contacted the agency, and they confirmed they had sent the correct booking details and that the hotel had confirmed it as well. They said they would follow up with the hotel.

Then came the receptionist named Mr. Amir, who was rude and unfriendly, dealing with us with an annoyed attitude. He said it wasn’t his problem, and the hotel had nothing to do with the issue—it was between us and the agency.

Later, his manager stepped in and spoke calmly, saying the mistake was from the agency. But shortly after, they came back and said the agency had actually sent the correct booking, but the hotel was fully booked and didn’t have the room type we reserved. As a result, they said they would upgrade our rooms as compensation.

However, when we went to the rooms, we found that two out of the three rooms were very small Standard rooms with almost no view. So we had to go back again. Mr. Amir still spoke to us disrespectfully. We contacted the agency again, and they told us not to accept those rooms, and they would contact the hotel again.

When the agency representative asked to speak with the receptionist, Mr. Amir refused and said he doesn’t talk to anyone. The agency then threatened to escalate the issue to the hotel manager. Only then did Mr. Amir say he would resolve the issue within five minutes. He swapped one room immediately and promised to change the other one by the end of the day, which eventually happened.

As compensation, they allowed us a late check-out on the day of departure. But all of this only happened after the travel agency threatened to contact the hotel manager directly and report the issue.

In summary, the hotel is beautiful, and most of the staff are good, except for the reception team, which is quite ironic because they are supposed to be the first people we meet and should be the most respectful, welcoming, and capable of solving problems—not avoiding them and saying “it’s...

Overal we would rank this Hotel as great place for a relaxing family vacation. The areal is huge with lots of different quiet and busy places. Everyone can find his favored spot, inside as outside. The entire Fascility is top clean an well maintained, from the front door till the last corner restroom. The furniture of the Restaurants and Bars as well as Beach and Pool areas is modern, functional and well taken care of. Our Guestroom incl Bathroom was super clean over the entire stay, modern and equiped with very comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a functional and smart A/C. Always enough drink water and Tea and/coffee was provided by the service stuff. Excellent. Although our guestroom was located on second floor right above the show stage and the big event terrace with daily evening program till 11 pm it was kind of okay. However for sensitive guests, I would recommend to ask for a different room in this case. So we would do next time too. Usually we are not All Inn travelers and have really not enough experience on judging or ranking this topic objectively, but what we want to say is that the variety, quantity and qualitiy of all food in all the different restaurants was consistantly good till excellent. When it comes to drinks....local Wine, Gin, Whysky etc...they wont become our best friends. We would rather pay an apprpropriate price for a bottle of good wine , unfortunately we never recognized that this option was ever offered. We have only met frindly people and staff during our stay. surely a Tip is appreiciated by every employee but no one was ever inappropriately begging for it. The information provieded when checking in was in our assement a little bit weak and the clark wasnt too friendly and welcomming, there is definely room for improvement. For getting essential information about Hotel Structure and function there is a QR code in the Room linking to all the information. You need a smart phone. Btw, Internet and WLAN is perfectly available at any corner of the Hotel , Pools and even at the beach. At last a word about the SPA & Wellness Center: First of all we have experienced that the people doing the real work ( Beauty Masters) are very friendly , kind and doing a good job. The way the center is managed and the products are sold by very rood, rubbish and unprofessional dealers at the beach and pool areas is from very annoying till fully...

We enjoyed a week in the hotel, we especially loved the spotless beach and clear water. Room service was great and food was delicious with great variety. Even for vegetarians, there was a great choice of salads, roasted veggies, fruit, hummus etc. We enjoyed the possibility of several restaurants, but sometimes it got so busy and the staff obviously didn't cope well. The scene was chaotic, on several occasions, we didn't even get served drinks. (It's common in other places that each waiter has an allocated area with certain tables. This clearly wasn't the case and waiters just wandered round randomly.) We appreciated getting a room earlier ar we arrived at 7am. Our room was ready at 9:30 and we didn't have to wait for the official check-in at 2pm. Possible drawbacks: Our room was close to the passageway to the main hotel building and it was extremely noisy at night. Not only by guests (yep, ignorant people are everywhere) but also hotel staff were very noisy, shouting at each other and laughing....very unpleasant in early morning hours. We didn't sleep much as a result. Moreover, staff expects a tip for even the smallest tasks like taking a bag out of the car, which is pretty annoying not only because it's nonsense but we sometimes didn't have any change and the staff were visibly irritated. Similarly, I didn't enjoy the constant disturbing by people offering massages, photographing, cart rides etc. These people are friendly at first but even when you turn them down, they keep pushing you to buy. Okay, it's their job, but when they don't succeed, they suddenly start to be arrogant or ignore you despite being extremely friendly a few minutes earlier. Not nice at all! Last but not least, we were promised a packed breakfast as we were leaving at 4am, but we didn't get any. Besides this, I would higly appreciate if the areas by the kids pools were non smoking!

All of this being said, we loved our stay and enjoyed our first holiday in Egypt...
