Lurich Residences — Hotel in Tallinn

We stayed here on our last night in Tallinn to be close to the airport. The room was new, clean and modern. It was a somewhat pleasant experience, but unfortunately we had a few issues. One of the issues being that an alarm was set by possibly a previous tennant. This alarm went of at 3:00 am and woke us up. There was a lack of Information posted about where the breakfast was. We had to call the number listed to find out the location, in another complete building, for the restaurant. The servers at the restaurant had no information about our stay or the prepayment for breakfast. It became somewhat a hassle when I had to write my room number and they had to call over a member of management to investigate. The balcony area was not cleaned and there were large spiders making webs making it difficult to open the glass to enjoy the fresh air. Although I can see the concept of a "smart" capable room, there was no usefull "smart" technology being used to make the stay more comfortable. It seems as if the system is in place only to eliminate staff that would have been able to solve all of my issues. Unfortunaly I will not be able to recommend, nor ever stay at this...

This is a very modern place. All entry is via on line booking plus a booking terminal at the location. You have a code to enter the building and then when you check in you are supposed to be given a code for entry. This part did not work well. We had to ask one of the cleaning people for help to get into our room and they had to call (we did not have a phone). The room itself is more of a small apartment with balcony. It was a really nice room, but everything was controlled by a modern console. We kept trying to cool the room (it was 24 C), and while we got a breeze from the AC, it never seemed to cool the room. Bath and shower (separate rooms) were fine. Bed was comfortable. View was of the airport--nice (small) balcony to sit on. Good WiFi and goof TV service. You really need a smartphone, though, which we did not have, being from the US. The area is modern and pleasant and while it's busier during the work day (lots of offices), there are a few places to eat. It is also a good reuse of older industrial buildings converted for use as office and living space. Quick walk to the airport. This owulkd be a good place for a longer stay, as the kitchen is...

Had a fantastic stay at Lurich and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tallinn. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt much more spacious than I expected. I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The location is very good — just a short walk from the airport, yet the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. Check-in was smooth with the self-service system, and it felt modern and convenient. I also loved how clean and well-maintained the entire residence was, which gave it a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The area around the hotel is calm and safe, making it easy to unwind.
