Perekohvik Moosium — Local services in Tallinn

Unfortunately I cannot say me and my spouse had good experience visiting the Moosium Ülemiste. After we sat down there was no waitress anywhere. My spouse got the menus herself as there was no-one around. Upon getting our order the waitress took off and returning in 5 minutes as there is no Cheeseballs left, so if we would like to change the order. Very unfortunate. As per customer service wise we had to ask again the drinks we ordered after my food was received, of which waitress forgot that we ordered drinks. It took approximately 25min for burger and fries. Receiving the fires they were already cold. After another 15min my spouse received her wrap. Fast food for 50min wait - not acceptable.

Overall experience of the visit is negligible as there were more negative aspects of the visit...

Sadly this place has gone down compared to what it was even a year ago 😞 Menu prices are outdated on website and Facebook. We ordered fries with chilimajo and coleslaw but got them with regular ketchup and no salad. Waitress told that this is how it is these days and they have changed the menu. Pasta for kids costs more than in restaurants and 200ml juice for kids was unreasonable pricy.

Also the play corner is quite outdated. Very sad, this was one of my favourite places in Ülemiste centre to go with kids.

Teenindaja oli ikka max tülpinud näoga. Meie teenidussoovi peale tellida pita lihaga, vastas ta suht lakooniliselt :”liha täna pole”, aga tundus, et suht kõik oli täna otsa saanud 😁 Kui pita on menüüs liha/kana, tomati ja punase sibulaga, siis minu pita koosens ainult lihalisest, friikartulist ja kastmest, kunstiliselt peale visatud üks jääsalatileht. Tomat ja sibul olid liitunud seltkonnaga “täna pole”!!! Tundus, et isegi friikad olid vist otsakorral, sest taldrikul olid mingid segafriikad - sakilised täiesti üleküpsenud ja sirged olid nagu enamus rahvast varasuvel stroomi rannas. No teist korda see koht küll külastama ei kutsu. Halb maik ei jäänud ainult teenindusest, vaid kogu...
