Went there 2 months ago.

Service was quite bad. Plates were taken without a word (they could've asked "How was your food?" or "Would you like some dessert?" etc) and we had to wait for a while to get waitress's attention to ask for the bill. The rooms were not as clean as you'd expect (a napkin was on the floor for an hour). Food was edible, but not going to order Smokey's burger anymore (dry - no sauce at all; too much chicken; and rest of the burger couldn't compete with the chicken's smokey flavour.. ) At least on the positive side - we didn't have to wait to get a table; food arrived fast and as always, interior design was...

Americana decor. Fast service, cozy comfy seating booths to eat at, nice play area for kids. Food quality was hearty and plentiful (American style). Taste was American food meets European/Estonian food. Sauces seem to be big on food here. FYI: small things go a long way with your customers, like handing out more napkins and straws can make it feel more American style restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and always checking we were ok. Yet could be more upbeat...

Ordered Brisket and the pasta from kids menu. There is less meat on the plate that i would put on sandwich. I send back one brisket, because 2/3 of the cuts was pure fat and it got exchanged. Coleslaw salad wasn't fresh. Baked potato wasn't from same day either. Kid didn't finish the pasta- wasn't tasty. Cherry tomato and cucumber were cut at least a day before and were not presentable. Left disappointed without ordering the dessert....
