I didn't enjoy here. Comparing to both Vapiano in Tallinn an overall flow here was a bit odd. We ordered food. We thoroughly explained about preferred option that 2 pasta Pomadoro had be completely vegan. And another guy, who received food, had received question from the kitchen about putting of a parmesan. He just answered OK. He was not aware what we ordered and that we are vegans. There were huge company of us. So, the question why did we need to explain everything 2 times? We had to pay again. In all other Vapiano I visited in Estonia and other countries it was a first time like that. I either was standing in front of a cooker or I just explained all options while I was ordering. Why did this place require to doublecheck? Maybe it is required to make an mistake like I described or it is needed because the flow is a bit odd and kitchen doesn't trust the info in an order. Btw, the food itself was fine. But we paid one more time and were waiting...
Read moreI was extremely dissatisfied compared to previous different Vapiano visit. I paid more than 20€ and I left hungry. Appetizer was actually a very hard and scratchy ciabatta toast for 4.5€ - almost same thing you can take for free plus non-fresh greens thrown in the corner. Additional salad should have been with tasty balsamico sauce, but they used weird bbq looking sauce, salad was absolutely dry -2 cherry tomatoes for 3.50€. Lemonade is one liter if you eat the ice, so there is less lemonade, also the first couple of pours of lemonade tasted like water due to ice, and the last pour tasted very strong because it was not stirred well enough. Pasta was tiny. Nothing like in the menu picture. And there was about one tablespoon of chicken. Everything was made with economy in mind. You have to pay 10-20 euros extra to get decent salat. Like 30eur for pasta with good portion of chicken?! I left hungry. I would not rather return to...
Read moreWell, let's start with the most fun thing - we keep returning here, because photos in this Vapiano look simply amazing. Some sort of magic probably 🤩
Another thing - great diversity in the menu. It's possible to find anything you want or need. And my favourite feature - possibility to upgrade your dish with a preferred protein (vegan Vöner for me) and anything else you put your eyes on. Take a zucchini - pasta for a lower calorie option, it's good 😊 Good tea and scrumptious almond- cookies (not sure how to call them).
The only thing troubling me is ... Yeah... People- who come and cut ciabatta using their unwashed hands. Really, nothing changes in the world 😅. Put some kind of a sign, please. There's a place to wash your hands nearby, no problem at all 😄
Thank you to the staff. I recommend visiting the place if you are in the area. Enjoy your life and...
