This was my first time at self check-in/check-out kind of hotel, but I loved it. It was very easy (most importantly read your email because there's a lot of useful information like main entrance password etc). The rooms were clean and smelled nice, they also didn't feel lived-in. The sink in the bathroom was quite small, but i guess the big shower compensated it. The restaurant was closed but they had vending machines for snacks and drinks. And also great curtains - protected from light in the morning. Only problem was the tap water - it smelled a little like chlorine and after shower my skin felt itchy. Also the walls were quite thin. I paid 48 EUR for one night for two persons.

Even if you check in online, you Will type all info one more time at self service desk, walls are thin, so that you can hear not do loud talking even. There is no vending machines to get bottle of water or coffee. If you hear fire alarm, be ready to listen it for a long time, cause there is zero personal at the building on a lovely sunday morning. Prizes are high, so there should be a bit higher standards about services. I would visit this hostel again only if it’s the last available option

This is a perfect place to spend a night or two. Really simple interior, but very clean though. I wish you had more sandwich options in vending machine 🥪 Maybe also add some lights on the night stand to make a room cosier 🛋️

I felt strongly I've got a word or few to say about this hotel. I will not go in detail, I try to keep it briefly. I've stayed at this hotel since last September, about 6 months when writing this. Those past 6 months have included lots of issues and not-so-positive things. First, the quality is NOT good. Actually it's far away from that. The hotel was built cheaply and was intended to serve one specific customer group - local people with lower social status. And by saying this I mean unemployed, people with drinking problems and drug addicts, and so on. List is almost endless. Over my 6 months long staying at this hotel I've seen very different kind of people. I've been forced to call police on the property several times over the last few weeks. Some are decent people I guess but some have gone into wrong paths in their lives. For instance, there was a man staying in a room next to mine which police had marked with 'no entry' sign. It tells everything. Hotel seems to attract people with unregular lifestyle. Construction noises, loud people, stucking TV (in all rooms where I've been have occurred this exact same issue, it does that once a while), construction error in one room's toilet's floor, problem with shower, no warm running water, problem with fridge). That list is horrifying long. Lasnamäe and self-service hotel is NOT a good combination. It's possible to stay there with relatively cheap price, but quality is very poor. I know what I'm talking about, even though I say it myself. This is NOT a good place with high quality rooms and service, and attracts wrong kind of people. That's how I view this and it'll...

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. Upon arrival we found out that there is no reception. There are only check-in vending machine. That wouldn't be a problem, but the hotel wasn't able to accept my card. It was not possible to pay in cash or by card at the vending machine. So we tried to make an appointment via the hotel telephone number and we tried another card to deduct the payment, but it also didn't work. Then I tried to pay at least 10 times through the hotel's web application - unsuccessfully. After the fifth phone call and an hour of trying to pay by that AMAZING app, the employee told me that I can pay by cash. We didn't have cash with us, so I went to the nearest ATM. It was REALLY far away. After about 2 hours from the confirmation that we can pay by cash, we finally had cash and stood in the hotel again. At first no one answered my phone. Then the same employee which told me that I can pay by cash picked up the phone and literally laughed at me and told me that it was too late. Check-in was from 15:00. We arrived at 14:00 and we had cash at 17:00. All that time carrying our luggage, of course. Finally I want to say, that my card was all right. I paid in another hotel with check-in vending machine that accepted the cards. So avoid this place if you do not want to spend a whole day trying to pay for the hotel and then end up being mocked by the staff. Only one positive thing, they did not charge me the cancellation fee. How could they, using...

Totally don't recommend this hotel for group of tourists. There are several topics to complain about. First of all, very weak contact with the administrator via phone. We had a problem with one room - lock in door was completely blocked and two people from my tourists group couldn't get into the room after midnight. Many phone calls, messages and NO SINGLE ANSWER FROM THE RECEPTION! Due to lack of contact and no help with technical problem with doors, those two people were forced to sleep on the floor in coridor. Complete disaster and dissappointment. Please, be aware that in case of any problem in the hotel after 00:00 you will get no help and no answer. Even day after reception will not contact you with any words.

Moreover, we booked two triple rooms and we got two twin rooms with extra bed, which was very uncomfortable. Basically like scout spring bed with super thin matress. Hopefully in that case we have get any solution from reception.

Hotel is very automatic, but in case of any technical problem you are...
