Reval Café KUMU — Restaurant in Tallinn

Went for lunch. The cafe was not very busy. The food came in 20min but half of the order was wrong- shrimps in vege noodles. The waitress just walked off with the food, no apology or explanation. 10min later we went to the bar to ask if another food is coming or how much time it might take. The waitress said it is coming and left to make coffee. Waited another 10-15min before we got the right food. Was there this weekend for the first time. Nice selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. I had some traditional pancakes, but lots of things looked tempting, for instance a poké bowl. They also have juice, including fresh orange juice.

They also have a selection of cakes and pastries. I tried an apple crumble pie and a piece of ginger bread with cherry filling (if I remember correctly).

The service was good, and it was clean. Some "Tallinn-magazines" laying around for guests to read.

Slow and not accurate service. Ordered a tea pot for two people. The water in the teapot wasn’t enough for two small cups. They also forgot to bring the ordered wrap, until I reminded them. The bartender didn’t even apologize for that. No tissues on the table. Too bad this cafe doesn’t have any competition around KUMU...
