Very poor service from the two elderly ladies working there. We came in through the museum side with our baby’s buggy, and one of them looked at us with an unfriendly expression without saying a word.
When I ordered three coffees, I forgot to mention it was for takeaway. After I paid, I politely said it was for takeaway, and one of the ladies replied with a sarcastic smile, saying, “That’s the first thing you should have said.” I apologised, but honestly, it’s part of good service to ask, not to blame the customer.
