HMI Smart Group — Hotel in Helsinki sub-region

I had to change hotel last minute due to unacceptable sanitary conditions. Photos are self-explanatory but I want to add that there were many "sticky" spots in the place, including inside the furniture and on the floor. There was also a lot of dust around. Yellow stains on the bed were hidden with a simple blacket.

Instead of finding a solution, managment just invited me to "leave the premises". The last minute change costed me a lot of money. I've never had such a bad experience in my previous travels.

Other reviews indicated that the apartment was clean... If I could give 0...

La ubicación está bien porque se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo, con tiendas, sitios para comer y cerca de la estación. Pero el alojamiento en si está muy descuidado. La limpieza no es buena, ni de la habitación ni de las zonas comunes. Las almohadas muy incómodas y se duerme en un sofá cama, ni siquiera en una cama. Los electrodomésticos de la cocina muy sucios, parece que no se limpian nunca. Y la persona que nos dio la bienvenida muy seria e inexpresiva. Pasamos dos noches y no había casi nadie, lo cual estuvo bien, pero no lo recomiendo si se busca...
