Teppanyaki Tripla — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Have been a regular customer since the restaurant opened. Today went around 11:00 and came out before 11:30. Lost appetite due to the staff's attitude. Left the restaurant after emptying just what I already got on my plate. The staff who was serving/clearing the tables was very rude. I admit there was partially my fault by changing the table as we were given a 2-seats table right next to other customers(table no.10) while the restaurant was mostly empty. I had a back pack and shopping bag. Seemed other customers with 2 males were given 4-seats table. I didn't see the point of being seated in uncomfortable table location. As I mentioned I am a regular customer and wasn't always that we get table number and also not strictly bonded. Don't even understand what they are doing distributing table number. This is not an high-end restaurant that guides you to certain table and serve you professionally. Neither such a small restaurant that needs to be controlled with rotation of the customer so strictly. Even when we were coming out, the restaurant was 1/3 full or less. However, I am not gonna endure someone treating me as a student or a kid that needs to be scolded or taught. And even students or kids shouldn't be treated like that. Not that i did something wrong. I have my freedom to choose which table i will be seated in. It is not like i took over some occupied or reserved table. Never going...

Beware of this restaurant. The was floor really greasy that you can see oily footprint. I did fall really really hard luckily I didn't have anything in my plate yet what if I had hot food splash all over my face?! I could have some burn injuries! when asked them to clean the floor The staff are so nonchalant about it too so I did yell to them all because this nonsense really ruining my dining experience Very humiliated situation and the customer that eating are watching to the point stuff like this made me really angry, didn't even eat anything yet ( was in there like 5 min) All they did when call them out the only women staff that can speak English said that she really sorry. What if that day I fall on my head?! I'd probably sue out of this restaurant! With the price tag of almost 22 euros for buffet with the laziness and dirty floor like this is not worth it at all. Tomorrow I will call to the Oiva health and leave the report to them. I have to ask them twice to clean the floor just where I was falling, all I heard is not taking any action or solution. Now l left with my right side with sore ankles. Never eating there anymore! Such a bad business they are doing likes this.

Edit: my experience over a year ago. I edit my language out since I got a reports from the reviews stii despite all ofthus. I'll make sure my so my honest review still be seen. This is the criticism restaurant...

It’s was very bad experience bad service bad food we buy for buffet 15.90 € per person without drinks btw there no drinks or soda only water we enter almost in 17h and after 17h they stop us eat beucaus they say we are not allowed to eat this food beucaus this food for night time ! that was extremely scam and shocked for us when we ask them why you take money from us then ? Why you let us enter with this price ? Why you didn’t inform us when you was taking money you should let customer know btw almost 3 customers have same experience they answer sorry this is how it’s workes they came to are table and they take away the food what we bring it’s was totally unprofessional and totally scam and cheating to make you buy more I always go to buffet but I never see like that reality if you buy buffet you are allowed to eat what you want and how much you want but specially in this restaurant you are not allowed can you believe??? my advice to you find nice place what they know how to treat the customer and not just they care about money...
