Went for Sunday hotpot. Ingredients were fresh, variety was good. Soup bases were so-so but it didn't matter to me because the diy sauce/dipping station provided all the favour I needed. It was awesome. Service was good - I had interactions with three ladies, two were really helpful and friendly but the main order-taker (at least what I thought) could definitely use a smile. 😁 My second time here and the previous time she was also really serious. The cost per Adult was about ~32€ (without additional drinks). Even though the website states "Hotpot buffet 28.8€/adult", but you still have to top up and pay for the soup. Which in my opinion is a "dishonest" pricing because one cannot have hotpot without the soup. They should just give one price and include the soup. 🙄 I understand the pull of marketing by pricing it below 30€ but still, it caused unnecessary confusion and dissatisfaction for us. Another area of improvement for the management - to place the fried chicken (it was delicious by the way. Could be less soggy and more crispy) AWAY from the raw meat. What happened was someone placed the raw meat tongs onto the friend chicken which made that entire tray of fried chicken inedible (because we don't know how long it has been there and if people have used it in the chicken), unless you cooked it in the soup, which defeats the purpose of fried chicken. Karaoke room was awesome and lots of fun. (accessible when you spend above a certain amount, not difficult to hit when you have a big group) Good new equipment and wide range of songs. Overall, great experience and I would...
Read moreTreatment is different between Chinese and locals(or foreigners) I went to there twice, the first time my friend knew the owner and we had a good experience here. The second time my another Chinese friend and me visited there to have a hotpot buffet. Around 30 euros each. We got bad customer service which is from a short hair Chinese(since she speaks mandarin)idk if it is because we are Chinese. Since I saw the waitress very warmly to talk to the foreigners and teach them how to eat hotpot. But for us, she firstly warned that we cannot drink take away drinks. And she said the whole restaurants in Finland has the same rule. My friend’s family also run the restaurant in Helsinki, but they do allow customers to drink takeaway drinks. She was like we are so young and we don’t know any rules in Finland. In the middle of the meal, we asked to add some water to the hotpot, the waitress asked us, are u still need to eat? We are so speechless since we felt that she wanted us to leave as soon as possible. If we want to leave, why we ask to add water? Idk for two girls how much we can eat even it is buffet, and 33.7 euros is not cheap. I am disappointed about the service. As Chinese or Asian, before you come, you may think about twice. Maybe you will get the bad...
Read moreI have been eaten here a couple of times with hot pot and other ala cart dishes. But today it was a disappointment. We tried the first time Hot Pot Menu for 2 (not hot pot buffet) which is 35.9 euros. In the website description, there will be 2 soups, 6 meats, 7 vegetables and rice. It does sound a lot but compare to what is actually served, the price isnt worth it. For example, we have 2 pieces of broccoli, 2 pieces of tofu. I looked at the website again and they said this set is for trial hot pot. So should it be something for tasting only? Not recommend this set if you really want to spend time dining. We were served one small bowl of sauce for 2 people. The sauce for hotpot of our choice shoule be better. I suggest the restaurant that we could choose our own sauce for this hot pot set. Besides, around 8.50 (google said opening hour is until 9.00, the website said 9.30pm), the light in my table is turn off. If you wish to close the restaurant, you better talked to the customer, not turning off the light when we are still eating. The service and communication to customer...
