Not luxurious as such but does exactly what it says on the tin. Review based on a one night stay in March (background of spending 80+ nights per year in different hotels around the globe). ||Location:|The hotel is located somewhat out of the main hassle in a mainly industrial/business area. Apart from a single bistro there’s nothing much in the immediate neighbourhood. ||Easily accessible both with a car as well as public transport, free parking along the street next to the hotel. Roughly 500m walk to the Herttoniemi metro station. ||Room:|We had the basic room at 4th floor, not the biggest one I’ve seen but for sure enough especially for a short stay. The room was very clean, looked almost brand new. There was a regular kitchen with a full set of equipment, including multiple wine glasses. ||Quiet room, just a little noise from the main road next door. ||Etc:|Check-in & out using the tablet was very straightforward. ||No breakfast offered here. ||Would I return there?|Yes sure, a modern hotel offering very good...
Read moreCheck in procedure is too cumbersome, too many steps, the web form doesn't prefill or help you to fill out, so it just takes a lot of time. When you have you registered one person for a room, you need the check-in code again (bit of a hassle also because we had received only a code for one room despite two rooms on the same reservation, and had to call emergency number for the second code, twice). Could not get microwave in 903 to work (clock works although on wrong time), and couldn't find instructions. One (!) clothes hanger in 903 and no hooks to hang clothes. Too bad there was no way to rent a bike outside staffed hours! Would have really wanted bikes ;)
Apart from these comments, our stay was lovely. Good size room with all necessary equipment. Nice and cool in the room, the curtains blocked early morning light very well. Great gym. Well equipped also on the floors, the steamers, irons etc. Well located for our East...
Read moreAll in all, I felt very comfortable! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the room size was OK. The only thing that bothered me was that I couldn't open my window properly. Unfortunately, not enough air comes in through this small gap to be able to ventilate properly. Especially because the "bedroom" is basically in the kitchen, it would be an advantage to be able to ventilate well after cooking so that the smell goes away. I also had the feeling that my heating wasn't working well. Everything was great in the bathroom, but in the room itself I turned the dial all the way up, but unfortunately it didn't help. I had already asked the Noli team about this. I also once forgot my room card in the room and only noticed it when I got home... I had to pay 70€ even though I hadn't lost the card. In my opinion, that's very cheeky, because the stay is already...
