Noodle Story Hertsi — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Ordered by phone in Finnish and in English 2x "Juhlatarjous " which was fried noodles with crispy chicken. I wanted to make sure the order is correct by repeating "juhlatarjous right?", because i am coming from far away only for that particular dish. Everything seemed to go as planned but by the time I got there to get my takeaway I noticed they prepared wrong dishes for me. I tried to mention that this is not what I ordered but the cashier did not care about this and tried to tell me this what i asked for.

The only thing she said is sorry and handed me over the wrong dish and byebye.

Order online, not by phone because they dont understand...

Have been eating here many times, good food.

But today when ordering by phone, the waiter (young Chinese man with glasses and blonde long hair) heard the order wrongly, which resulted in them preparing the wrong food. Interestingly, the waiter would argue to the end with the customer to claim that he was right. I cancelled the order (since it was incorrect) and walked away.

This is not the first time this attitude of this particular waiter was complained. Noodle Stories are going to lose more customers if they still employ him :) good food,...

It's a good noodle joint if you want to have noodles for lunch. The portion size was quite large and combined with the side salad that you can also have as a part of your takeaway, it will cover your hunger for many hours Pros: large portion, tasty, freshly cooked, affordable, not crowded, takeaway or eat at the spot Cons: had to wait 20 minutes to get a takeaway jar of kimchi noodles during lunchtime, almost late for work.
