Just left the hotel and we were there 3 nights. Our ship was really early compared to check in time so we had 10h to spend in the night. Boat was 5am in harbor and check in was 3pm. I went to ask is if we could get breakfast early and skip last one and this was around 9am. Old sir other side of reception told after negotiation it was ok and we were ok check in also after breakfast. This was 5 stars action and I would love to visit again. BUT here is the lowest part: the restaurant was bad. Amount of ribs got me still in hunger and I would have ordered douple meal if waitress had asked. They never asked if all is ok or anything like that when we ate there. My gf ordered cannelone and it was literally cream soup and I would been ashamed if I was chef who made this. Last evening we got our luggage and wanted drinks before leaving to harbor and answer was too busy and waiter literally walked from left to right and it seemed like he didn't know what to do and then we left. You can park right next to the hotel, the cruise terminal is just a stone throw away.
The rooms are a bit older, but well maintained and giving a cozy atmosphere. Keycard is a NFC chip allowing convenient access.
My room had a nice small balcony that was super cozy with a great view.
Mattress and bed where pretty good, nothing to complain about.
Bathroom is clean, has glasses you can use, shower gel as well as a tub. Water pressure is also well.
The WIFI is pretty good, stable also having good upload rate.
Staff was super friendly, although the reception is not 24/7 they are available by phone and come by in emergency cases.
The breakfast is something I can tell more about tomorrow (will Update this review accordingly).
Entrance through the back side of the building is also very convenient giving a bit more privacy as well.
