Lagrange Vacances - Le Jardin Mauresque — Hotel in Arcachon

We spent a week (from 2 to 9 September 2017) at the "Jardin Mauresque" in Arcachon (France) marketed by ESTIVEL whose slogan is "L'esprit Hotel", i.e. “The Hotel spirit”. However, the services offered by a Real Hotel are sorely lacking.||The apartment (duplex) for six people is very bright, bright and well laid out. However we had to deplore:|| Concierge services lacking:||Reception hours: during the week, only 26 hours are assured with a physical presence, on Wednesday, it is "absent subscriber". The rest of the time, a mobile number is available. When we called, we came across an answering machine.||How in these conditions to report a problem for it to be solved. In a large hotel chain, if a problem / incident is not resolved within 15 minutes, the overnight stay is offered.||On two occasions (3rd and 4th September) we observed that the posted time of opening of the concierge was not respected. Example on Monday at 10 am when we tried to return the Inventory sheet.||Unclear communication: To the question "are the sheets provided?" sent by my wife by email, Valentine, commercial attaché and assistance operator from Booking.com answered in her email (dated August 17th, 2017 at 9: 52): "Blankets, pillows and mattresses are provided". So, we thought the sheets were also so and so did not take care to take them. Consequently, we had to pay 63,40 € to rent them.||When checking in, we were not asked if we wanted WIFI. (Perhaps for fear of announcing that the service was paying). In this regard, it should be noted that the brochures given, the references of the network are totally erroneous.|| In addition, it was necessary to ask how to connect.||Finally, no reaction to the comments left on the inventory.||All paying services:||In addition to the Wi-Fi already mentioned, the rental of sheets, towels, beds made on arrival, everything is charged. Take the case of a family of five members (including a baby), with a small dog that would opt for the end of stay cleaning (90 euros), the WIFI, the baby kit, the invoice amounts to more than 350 euros.||Upon arrival NOTHING: no toiletries (soap, shower gel), dishes (dishwasher tablets, sponge), household (cloth to furniture) as in the first hotel. ||||Various gaps and inadequate choices for development:||- A faulty plug||- Absence of seat / stool throughout the apartment except the 6 wrought iron tables||- The wrought iron is good for the aesthetic but the chairs are not comfortable and leave traces on the white surfaces (especially those of the staircase).||- Approximate household (reported in the inventory)||- The cushions on the chairs are disembowelled as well as those of the sofa bed, in bad condition which loses even some of its springs (reported in the inventory).||- If one appreciates the large quantity of plates, coffee cups, one deplores that there is only one lid XL, no ladle and one bowl...

Idéalement situé pour famille avec grands enfants ||||Partie commune bien entretenue||||Bon état global de l'appartement même si nous avons été prévenus une semaine avant notre départ d'un sinistre dans une des 3 chambres qui nous privait d'une chambre devenue inaccessible.||Dédommagement financier Mais léger désagrément tout de même .. ||||Une seule clé pour un appartement 6/8 personnes ..pas de double ||||Accueil professionnel et chaleureux .||||Petit clin d'œil humoristique..||La décoratrice a choisi de très jolis meubles tous à Angles droits qui font de très jolis hématomes sur les jambes des adultes ||Prévoir des protèges -angles si vous avez des enfants en bas age et éventuellement un chien d'aveugle pour quand ils seront borgnes 😂 Tous les meubles sont à angles droits tant qu'à faire ||||Excellente idée de protéger les canapés Avec des FOutas locales||||Bonnes vacances ⛱🏖🏖⛱||Aucune hésitation le bien est...

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel idéalement situé proche des commerces et de la plage avec en prime un parking souterrain gratuit. En revanche très outrée niveau hygiène surtout en période de crise sanitaire : canapés et couvertures imbibés de tâches de graisse, galettes de chaises également, poignées qui collent, tâches de nourritures dans les placards de la cuisine, canapé lit juste inutilisable avec coussin déchiré.... (voir photos prises à l'arrivée )||La responsable nous informe qu'elle est au courant lors de l'état des lieux et emploie une attitude je m'en foutiste, la gestion laisse à désirer...||Très limite comme prestation et déçue de Voyage Privé qui propose ce lieu, ils nous ont habitué à mieux...
