About this hotel? do not be fooled by the photos of the rooms, I fall into the trap of seeing the beautiful photos of the rooms! The hotel staff are friendly and pleasant, they have nothing to do with what I will write here: The location of the hotel is outside Paris for those who do not know, to go to Paris you have to go by train and then take a metro , there are many stations to arrive in Paris, around 1 hour, to go to the metro station you have to go up a huge slope and it tires a lot because you are tired, your feet hurt, there are not many restaurants nearby and the They have are very expensive as they are the only ones, either you eat or get hungry, the only Carrefour supermarket that has next to this hotel closes at different times every day, one day was buying something was 8 pm it was open, day of week, yesterday I went at 6:30 pm it was closed, so if you go to Paris for sightseeing and spend the day there, when you get back to the hotel it's always a surprise, you don't know if the supermarket will be open or not, it's the that sells are many foods for To microwave, the hotel room has no microwave! In short, I hated it, because the hotel map says it is close to everything, I ended up being fooled, I would never go back to this hotel, I did the math and spent around 300 euros only and UBER and train and subway, before I would have sought a more expensive but more centric hotel in a place that has everything nearby! Not to mention that from CGH airport to this hotel I spent 3 hours, because there are lots of transfers! I was already forgetting to say that the breakfast I paid 1 time and no more, because it's 17 euros, I found it very expensive, it's a simple breakfast and if you order a beer in the hotel, it's 5...
Read moreWe stayed here for Arc weekend at Longchamp, and the hotel’s location couldn’t have been better — ideal for anyone attending the races or wanting easy access to the city. Transport links were excellent, and there were plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, which made it very convenient overall.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also good; rooms were well kept and tidy, and housekeeping did a nice job of maintaining standards throughout our stay. Staff were polite, if not overly engaging, and check-in was straightforward.
That said, there were a couple of disappointments. The rooms were tiny — even by Paris standards — with very little space to move around or unpack properly. It felt more like a short-stay business room than somewhere to relax after a long day at the races. The biggest letdown, though, was the absence of a bar or lounge area. After a full day at Longchamp, it would have been nice to unwind with a drink on-site rather than having to go back out again.
Overall, it’s a clean, well-located option if you’re in Paris for the races or a short city break, but don’t expect much in the way of comfort or atmosphere. A solid...
Read moreEarly in the morning on the day we were to arrive I received a message that the hotel was fully booked. I could choose to take 2 single rooms instead of the double room I had booked, or the hotel would cancel my booking. I had made the reservation in January - 4 months ago. What’s wrong with the hotel industry? Same problem twice in one weekend. Only when I had responded to their message I had made the reservation 4 months in advance and how was it even possible that this happened, they came back in another message saying they had verified and my room is now available.||Hotel was good and clean, comfortable beds, but the next day the restaurant appeared to be in complete disarray: used tables were left cluttered and not cleaned / not set for the next guests, several items in the breakfast buffet ran out without being looked after properly. Lack of staff?? I don’t know, but I expect a much better service from the...
