Mont B&B — Hotel in Avranches

We had a delightful stay at Mont B&B while on our way visiting the Mont Saint-Michel.

The place is cozy and elegant, and comfortable beds in the rooms. The hosts are very courteous and hospitable, always willing to chat and give advice on what to do and see in the area. They made me feel like a valued guest.

The breakfast was superb, with fresh bread, croissants, jams, cheese, eggs, fruits and more. And on top of that, it is made right in front of you making you feel like royalty!

The location is also excellent, near the Mont Saint Michel and the coast, with splendid views of the landscape. The parking and the shuttle is only 10 minutes drive away.

This B&B is the best I've had in my entire time travelling. The owners were kind and personable. They woke up at 5 am to make breakfast because we were leaving early. Breakfast was absolutely delicious to boot. The room was beautiful and well designed. The decor throughout the house was amazing. We also requested an early check in which was not a problem. The WiFi worked well, although a signal booster is being installed later this week (mid February 2018) to help with loading times. Great place to stay for visiting Mont Saint Michel. The train station is only a short walk away and that's where the bus to Mont Saint Michel is as well. We had a great room, clean and modern, with big shower and view of the quiet street. Big backyard and restaurant like breakfast room. The host is most friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great too, offering an array of jams, cheeses, good coffee and eggs prepared by the host. He's a former chef and his scrambled eggs were the best I've ever had.
