This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed.
the guy at the reception was extremely rude. Firstly, it was my fault for not indicating that I'll be with my wife and 22 month old child. However, the way he berated me and complained was very unprofessional. I told him I was more than happy to pay any top up charges, but he kept telling me that what I did was wrong.
we had to change room twice. The first room we had, the toilet smelled like sewage. We called reception and they offered a 2nd room. They didn't seem surprise with our complain, as though it was a common issue. The 2nd room was directly below the restaurant and it was very loud throughout the night. I could not sleep and at 11pm I told them I wanted to check out and move hotel. They then told me they had a very good room available for me. The final room was decent enough, (still not 3 star level) but it made me wonder why they didn't offer this room in the 1st place.
they reception guy told me to book another hotel if I chose to come with my wife in the future. He had a run in with my wife. My wife called the reception and asked for towels. He told me wife to go down and get it herself.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were dusty and dirty.

Read moreWhen I walked into the room it looked nice. But when I looked at the carpet it was absolutely awful it was completely stained all over. I had to wear socks to bed just incase I got up during the night to go to the bathroom. The first night I couldn't get the WiFi working so left as I didn't need it the second night I asked the girl on reception could she do something about the WiFi as wouldn't work. she handed me a long list of different WiFi numbers to see if I could use one of these( I couldn't) I went back to reception and asked the night man if he could do anything. He said maybe I put in the wrong number. I said I didn't and I'm not happy I will try it once more. So I tried again (remembering I'm on the 5th floor) came back the young man came back to the room with me and still couldn't get WiFi he eventually put it on the managers WiFi which lasted an hour. I was so disappointed. The hotel could have been lovely but really let down by the carpets and stained lampshades. I was hoping to use this hotel as I'm back and forth a lot this year with other colleagues. So...
Read moreThe location is fairly convenient, close to the Pont de Sèvres metro station. The rooms are good sized, and having a refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink is really useful. There is a Carrefour close by where you can get food to keep or prepare. I have two complaints. One is that the air conditioning was broken and all they did was put up a sign that said, "Sorry, it's broken." There are no fans in the room, and had it not been somewhat cool outside, it would have been miserable in the room. Second, they significantly restricted the "buffet" breakfast while I was there, simply because there was a Chinese tour group staying there. Whereas before you could help yourself to anything they had, once the group arrived, they hid all the food in an adjoining room not open to the public, and you had to ask for most...
