I stepped into Auchan hoping to see some TVs and audio systems. Since these things are not available, I was just going through the inventory. The guard (or supervisor) asked me in french in an unpleasant manner what am I looking for and why going rounds in the shop (it was just 5 minutes in the shop). The way he questioned was embarrassing. Auchan should educate their staff that all those who are not fair skinned are not thieves. However a lady in the cash counter had helped me out of the way in weighing the vegetables for me....

Most of their own brands Auchan brand . Price keeps on increase . Personal brand more cheapable compare to other brand .

Few days before I have visited Auchan after google review .It's really very surprised me all my favorite brands products was available. I really appreciate how seriously taking customer Feedback . Thanks for this you have not just listen but also have taken action also. By Giving such respect of your Customer that make you stand in different que....

Hier encore, je vous aurais conseillé cet Auchan que je fréquentais très régulièrement depuis 4 ans mais ayant été agressée verbalement et même humiliée par le vigil dont quelques internautes se plaignent également, un monsieur probablement antillais un peu fort d'une soixantaine d'année, voire un peu moins, et étant extrêmement choquée par ses mots, son agressivité, irrespect, tant que ce dernier n'aura pas été viré, je n'y mettrais plus les pieds. J'y achetais régulièrement de la brandade de morue congelée et ce car je suis quasiment talement édentée. Ce vigil est raciste, sexiste, pratique la discrimination physique, faciale, raciale Je ne comprends pas que le directeur de ce magasin ne l'ai pas encore licencié. Une plainte au commissariat a été porté contre lui et il bosse encore chez Auchan. Incompréhensible ... Le directeur risque de perdre bien d'autres clients car il est évident que très bientôt, il agressera d'autres clients (délit de faciès). J'ai publié cet avis il y a quelques jours et le directeur n'y a pas répondu, ne s'est en rien excuser de l'attitude de ce vigil. Je vais donc très bientôt supprimer cet avis, ne me rendrait plus jamais dans cet Auchan mais auparavant tiens à redire qu'il y'a dans ce magasin très nombreux employés extrêmement gentils contrairement à ce vigil .....
