When we eventually got into the room it smelt of stale smoke. The out of hours booking in machine stopped working after it took my card details...no key code or receipt. Only number to cal was out of hours emergency numbe...having to use my mobile which costs a fortune to do in Europe so not happy. Young lady only spoke French but hey my French isn't any good either. This hotel makes an automatic check out of the whole hotels chambers at 4:00, independently if the customer wants it, or not. This is pretty annoying because all the customers lose automatically also their Internet WiFi connection due that, and I was impossible to continue working from my room from 4:00. Please, stop doing it, and come back to the normal check out done by customer when they depart the hotel, or if you prefer automatically, not before 12:00, when the customer is supposed to leave the room; but not...
