Excellent hotel. Just what you need . Recently refurbished its looks and smell brand new. Amazing bed , shower, new tech shower and heater. Very clean and quite. We had 2 days of wonderful sleep . Hotel reception staff is amazing quick ,efficient and find solutionz quickly. Restaurant good quality food . They do leave nice coconut macron and pastry out there in the reception if you want a snack bite while you wait at the reception . Nice X mas decor too.

12 minutes bus ride will take you to colmar centre . Bus A

Hotel got own restaurant weekends limited service for lunch. But open for dinner every day. Not a big issue as they do have couple of big chain restaurants and bolungerie closer to the hotel.

Parking plenty of space for coach and car.

Good room service too.

No swimming pool .

Hotel in colmar generally gets super busy for all season except January. So book in advance.

Lots of group booking . So pretty busy hotel. Hotel got good atmosphere. Really nice property by all means .

We have booked the apartment prestige. Upon arrival at the reception we were not very warmly received. Well, it can be that someone has a bad day. You just noticed, you should not ask too much. Then arrived in the apartment, we had to put on the sweater - much too cold in the room (with an outside temperature of 28C). We put everything back. Unfortunately in vain: it continued to cool down. When we reported it, they said they can't adjust it. Either they cut the supply or it stays like this.

Nevertheless the refrigerator or minibar in the room did not work. When we reported it to the reception that the fridge in the apartment does not cool, we were first corrected that it is a minibar and does not cool. Later someone came by which confirmed that it was not working. A technician will be sent... Well, we are back home and by then this person did not come in any case....

Ah and if you want to jump into the pool: You will land hard. It...

This was our first night at the hotel. Overall, it has some very good aspects and others that could be improved. The hotel appears clean, although we did notice some cobwebs with spiders in reachable spots that could have been easily removed.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the arrival pleasant.

The soundproofing is very good, even though the hotel was moderately busy. The shower has low water pressure, but it compensates with several useful modes.

We have not tried the breakfast, as €17 per person seems overpriced.

Our room is spacious and very comfortable in terms of size, making the stay pleasant. However, the bed and pillows are too soft and may need replacement.

A great advantage is the large free parking area, and the location: only 7 minutes by car from Colmar (about 25 minutes on foot). The hotel is also close to the highway exit, supermarkets, and other services, which makes it very convenient for...
