Dear, Isabelle Mas, Assistante de Direction
Your hotel looks pretty good from the outside but we didn't book your breakfast but we were in your hotel for 2 nights over New Year's Eve we had a normal room with a French bed this bed was very hard and there was not much space for 2 ... the bathroom was not really well-kept since all joints were yellow and moldy and the room was also very, very small! 1 television station in German otherwise no large selection there water for 3 € / 1.5L was fine and cheap but otherwise there was no good connection to the sights due to the strike! the elevator poses a danger for me! The electronics should be revised and otherwise you will be observed very much by many cameras in each course the fire alarm button was very "professionally" glued with insulating tape because I had to laugh! Staff friendly except for the gentleman who asked us in the night from December 31st to January 1st very unfriendly to hand over the room card which we unfortunately did not understand when we checked in!
not recommendable. it is dirty, very very small, bad location and just overpriced! Do not book! Gefällt mir Antwort vom Inhaber vor 1 Stunde Dear Fabian, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are very surprised about your feedback very negative as we do not find your name and your reservation in our records. For your next stay in Paris do not hesitate to reserve in our hotel and then post your feedback; It will be a pleasure for us to welcome you in our new hotel. Our refurbishment is just finished since 2 months we changed everything in rooms, reception and breafkast room.
We hope to welcome you and provide you with pleasant experience in the future. Best wishes for the coming year.

Read moreThe location is really good. It's a 7-10 mins walk either way from metro lines 4 and 13. Great for exploring the city as those two lines have stops of interest for tourists.
Although the breakfast options weren't extensive, it was a good enough breakfast to start your day. I know a lot of Paris tourist advice states that hotel breakfast is not the way to go and a local bakery would be better. However I'm glad we went with the breakfast options because I did not spot any boulangeries close by so something to be aware of
The room sizes were ok but this is Paris and for a couple staying over for 2 nights with most of the time spent exploring the city, it was just the right size.
We had a room on the 7th (highest) floor that was looking out towards the Eiffel tower in a distance and a fantastic view of the local area so we would recommend this. Worth stating however that the lifts are quite slow and will only take a maximum of 4 people totalling 300kg so if you're a big family or group, you'll need a couple of trips over a couple of minutes to get down. Otherwise just use the stairs
Some of the simple things like usb charging ports and air conditioning (which is not standard across Paris hotels) just made our stay that little bit nicer which is why we would love to stay here again when we get a chance
The checkout time is 12 noon which is genuinely helpful when you've had a long day prior and don't have an early journey back. There were also little nice touches like a water dispenser and some pastries downstairs which are handy on your way out.
The staff were very friendly and mostly spoke English quite well so were very helpful with...
Read moreFor the most part, my wife and I loved this hotel. The staff was very pleasant, great personalities, etc. The location was spot on. Love the 14th arrisdonment! We were very happy with our stay :) Pricing was very reasonable. The only thing i wish is that the breakfast options would've been more diverse over time. It was the same options every morning, however... it is what it is, wasnt too bothered by it. The rooms may be smaller than the the website appearance. We were a little surprised by the size in comparison to the pics online, but we easily adjusted and were fine with everything. We still enjoyed our time there. Many thanks to the staff. Oh, and thanks to the woman at the front desk (manager?) for explaining the usage of the air conditioner til Oct. 1st. Seemed strange, but didn't need to question how things are done in another country. Again, awesome staff... thanks for the wonderful hospitality.
Update: 2/7/23... Awww man... I'm seeing the hotel responded to everyone else's post, but mine 🤔 Was hoping to get a little friendly reply from the hotel about my review. Lol...😏 Oh well, still loved...
