Kaslik Traiteur Libanais — Restaurant in Paris

I don't want to be too strict because I am not speaking french, so the whole thing could be due to language barrier. However, even though I asked the menu he charged me as if I got the items individually. Worse yet, in the sandwich, instead of asking me what sauce I wanted he used the garlic paste. For those who don't know, garlic paste has very, VERY distinct flavor. You either love it or hate it. No middle ground. So I took one bite, and threw it away. Again, maybe it's my fault for not speaking french. It's not like Paris gets millions of English speaking...

This place is the best Lebanese restaurant I ate in Paris. As a Lebanese person, I can say this place offers food that taste much more authentic and delicious than so many other Lebanese restaurants I went to in Paris. The servers were very sweet and friendly. Upon asking about the secret of the authenticity here, they said that the grandmother of the owner does and guides the cooking process. We specifically visited this restaurant to take a break from the heavy French foods we were eating. This place did not disappoint. We had the vegetarian and meat combo plates which gives you several choices of items. There are about 20 vegetarian items and maybe half a dozen meat items. Everything was delicious but the true standouts were the eggplant, green beans, and red peppers. Service was friendly...
