Best Western Le Relais De Laguiole Hôtel & Spa — Hotel in Rodez

We booked, and fully paid, two rooms at this hotel more than three months ago through the European website booking.com.||The day before our arrival we received a message telling us that our reservation had been canceled and that no rooms were available for us at the hotel we had chosen.||We immediately called both the hotel and booking.com. They both rejected the error on eachother. The hotel receptionist, who was quite rude, told us that the problem was with booking.com and that we should call them directly next time, that their hotel was fully booked and that there was nothing they could do for us....||After calling booking.com more that three times, they finally agree to book us in another, smaller hotel, but could not apply the payment we made to them three month earlier. So we did go to that place and fully pay for our rooms. Booking.com is supposed to reimburse soon the payment made more than three months ago. Terrible experience. We really did not feel welcome by either booking.com...

I had a brief one night stay here in June 2017 while visiting the famous restaurant Michel Bras. The Best Western is in the middle of the village and had a good sized room (106) with a particularly large bathroom with an excellent shower. There were plenty of spare electrical sockets for recharging things, which can often be an issue in European hotels. The lady at reception spoke good English and was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Of course this is not a luxury hotel, but it does exactly what you might hope for given the price. Be aware that after about 11 p.m. the front door is locked, and you need an entry code to get back in, which is conveniently printed on the back of...

J'ai choisi cet hôtel grâce aux avis. Nous y avons séjourné en famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants 8a et 11a....nous avons passé 2 nuits dans une chambre famille avec un grand lit et un canapé lit vraiment très confortable. Chambre d'une propreté irréprochable. Grande spacieuse...bien équipé et avec peignoirs et pantoufles pour aller à la piscine.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, vraiment car tout y a été parfait .

De l'accueil en passant par les serveurs à table ou au petit déjeuner. Tout le monde est d'une gentillesse et aux petits soins pour nous.

Nous avons vraiment décompressé durant ce séjour.

Le parking juste devant parfait. Le centre du village ou nous sommes aller marcher avec mes enfants tous les soirs est vraiment à 2-3min à pied et ça c'est top.

Le petit est hyper copieux et servi jusqu'à 10h et ce que j'ai aimé c'est qu'il est rechargé rerempli même encore à 9h45....alors là bravo bravo. Regardez sur les photos le nombre de choses faite maison ....la fouace....le kouglof....la confiture d'orange etc etc

Pour les repas le 1er soir nous avons mangé au restaurant à table c'était très bon et service impecc et le 2eme soir juste devant la salle sur des fauteuils ( la ou nous avions pris l'apero la veille) nous avons picoré grignoter de bons petits tapas avec un cocktail ... superrrrrrr

La partie piscine ne gâche rien car elle est parfaitement entretenu...le toboggan génial pour mes enfants.....il y a aussi en libre service des frites et des planches pour la piscine......et sur le côté du spa un pti coin avec un broc en verre avec du detox c'est à dire citron menthe avec de l'eau hummmmmm. Les transats en nombre et état nickel .....piscine bien chauffée c'est appréciable.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour grâce à vous...serveurs et la direction la dame de l'hôtel et nous avons hâte de revenir à laguiole pour revenir chez vous car le rapport prix / prestations...
