I arrived in Paris with a group of friends and stayed at this hotel because I liked the appearance of the rooms and the exterior. But my stay was completely frustrating. When we arrived, the bathtub in my room had hair in it. There was no soap in the bathtub or in the shower. I had to shower with a soap bar that my wife always carries with her.
When I complained, one of the front desk attendants went to my room to verify that there was indeed someone else’s hair in the bathtub and in the shower. She even took a photo. When I looked at the towels, there were three, and one of them had already been used and was folded as if it were clean.
In addition, some of my friends had left their suitcases open, and it seems that the cleaning staff touched their belongings and organized the clothes inside the luggage. This is completely unacceptable, as it means they touched guests’ personal clothing, including intimate items.
It was truly a completely frustrating situation, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. I also complained about the lack of soap, and even though the staff saw there was none, I stayed there for three days and only once did they place soap in the bathtub—when I specifically told them we needed soap in the shower.
Despite the outward appearance of the hotel or the rooms, guests will truly have a bad experience here. It was a situation that left us completely disappointed with this hotel in Paris, and we do not recommend...
Read moreThis was one of the hotels we stayed at during our Europe trip with a tour group, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing of all. Our first impression upon arrival wasn’t great. Right across the street from the hotel was an overpass where trash and belongings of homeless people were scattered around. It was not surprising when our tour manager advised us not to go out at night unless absolutely necessary due to safety concerns. To be fair, the room itself was clean, but the bathroom toiletries were not restocked—there was no shampoo refill, which was a basic expectation. The worst part of our two-night stay was the air conditioning. Though we could hear it running, the room stayed uncomfortably warm throughout, making it hard to get any rest. On top of that, the Wi-Fi had no signal, and even after we reported it to the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue during our entire stay. The only saving grace was the breakfast buffet. The food was good, with a wide variety of options that we actually enjoyed. Aside from that, our stay was largely a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made in both service...
Read moreI recently stayed at B&B Paris Nord, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon checking into my room, I discovered a cockroach in the toilet. I reported this immediately to the reception, hoping for a prompt resolution. Instead, the receptionist reacted aggressively, shouting at me for bringing it to his attention and insisting that I should not sit in the lobby.
To make matters worse, one of the staff members physically pushed me, which was both alarming and unacceptable. The situation escalated when I mentioned the unpleasant smell from the toilet due to a broken exhaust system. I even have video evidence of the receptionist's threats and the staff's inappropriate behavior, which is quite troubling.
Additionally, while I was charging my phone in the lobby, the receptionist demanded money from me, threatening physical harm if I didn't comply. This was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable.
Overall, my experience at B&B Paris Nord was marred by poor customer service, unclean facilities, and unacceptable behavior from the staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a...
