We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Every single piece added to its excellence: everyone was so personable and friendly which made us feel warmly welcomed. They all did a impeccable job! The hotel is also in a awesome spot located just a 1-5 minute walk to resturants, stores, and most importantly, the beach. The room and little kitchenette is also perfect for keeping water or extra snacks. It's nice to have the option of eating in or keeping leftovers after eating out. I also loved the little kitty who hangs out on the property! I just fell in love with her, and while you can't control when little fur baby's show up at your door she was a nice touch for people missing their fur babies at home!

Lovely hotel in a great location, and most importantly amazing and helpful staff. Nice breakfasts, good restaurant right at the hotel and many more within walking distance. Cosy, clean pool that wasn’t crowded, great for a swim at any time of day if you’re not at the marvelous Orient Beach that’s just 2-3 minutes away. I can’t emphasize enough how caring and engaged the staff has been. Not only do they make sure your wishes are met - they also went out and beyond to help me sort out an issue with my car rental that anyone else would likely just shrug and ignore, saving me a lot of stress and a decent amount of money.

We just got back from a fantastic 9 night stay at Palm Court. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and clean. The lovely breakfast was such a highlight. Fresh fruit, ham, cheese, pastries, juices, and so much more in a pretty poolside garden setting. Juliette was so lovely to visit with every day. The hotel is in a very safe, gated, convenient location. Literally 3 minutes from the beach and tons of great restaurants. The restaurant on site, Ti Palm, was wonderful as well. Anne the director was so warm and welcoming as well. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay and will definitely be back!

Wow! Palm Court is fantastic. Before we even arrived, the customer service was wonderful. A tropical storm was brewing in the ocean, and the hotel kept us posted on weather and local websites to check for updates. We had a ground floor suite with 2 king beds and it was perfect. Lots of space. A big bathroom with two sinks and walk in shower. Separate water closet. An efficient kitchen area with a well working fridge. ||The room was very clean and air conditioning was very effective. Even the lighting, closet space and drawers were ample. Housekeeping left flowers around the room…delightful!||We enjoyed sitting on our terrace, which included a lounge chair, small table and two chairs.||Just 10 steps away was the pool, with comfortable lounge chairs. All of it surrounded by beautifully kept gardens. ||We had breakfast by the pool every morning and it was a great way to start the day. Coffee, juices, French bread, yogurt, cheese, fresh fruit and wonderful egg dishes available a La carte. The woman who worked the breakfast area was so kind, pleasant and helpful.||The beach is a short 2 minute walk around the corner. Lots of shops and restaurants made this a very convenient and easy place to stay.||We want to deeply thank the staff for all the assistance they gave us when our travel plans hit a big roadblock. Canceled ferries derailed our trip to Saba, and Palm Court went out of their way to help us: making phone calls to taxi and ferry companies for us, allowing us to stay for hours after our check out and being so supportive as we figured out what to do.||We won’t hesitate to recommend Palm...

For the price we paid, this hotel was fantastic and totally worth it. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained - it feels like you live in a tropical garden with all the palm trees, plants and flowers. The pool and the restaurant are very clean and have a very welcoming, pleasant atmosphere. All the staff - from the manager to the cleaning ladies - are extremely courteous, kind, and informative. The ladies at the reception area (especially Rafaella) made us feel very welcome and comfortable and answered all of our questions patiently. The waitering staff at the restaurant were all fantastic, with a special mention of the beautiful and amazing breakfast serving lady, Julienne (if I spelled the name correctly). This lady is always smiling and always there to help you with anything you might need. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious (but be aware that eggs and bacon are extra charge - about $5 USD; the rest of the food is included in the hotel stay price). Our room and bathroom were cleaned daily and were spotless. The bed and sheets were clean. Fresh towels daily. There were no tropical bugs anywhere in the room. We never lacked anything at this hotel. We will stay there again if we visit the island again. Highly...
