Orient Bay — Attraction in Saint Martin (France)

We are a Beach family. We all love the beach. This beach day is at the top of the list for us out of all the places we've been. The water is just right for young kids to play and enjoy the waves without getting knocked down. The sand is crowded with shells, the view is beautiful.

You can rent chairs from the locals but be ready to barter, they will go down in their price. We got wifi with our chair rental as well so check around! There is no shade without the chair and umbrella option so just plan on doing it!

Highly recommend that you take the water taxi ride from the port to enjoy this beach...

Orient Bay in Saint Martin is hands down one of our favorite places to visit! My wife and kids absolutely love it, and it has become a must-stop destination for our family whenever we’re on the island.

The beach itself has soft white sand, mostly clear turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax and soak in the beauty of the Caribbean. The gentle waves make it perfect for kids to splash around, and there are plenty of water activities to keep everyone entertained, from paddleboarding to jet skiing.

Rent a couple of chairs with an umbrella and enjoy the beach service...
