Novotel Roissy Saint-Witz — Hotel in Sarcelles

What a fab little place! ||We’re a family of 4 (2 teens) and we stayed for three nights with the plan of visiting Paris and Park Asterix.||The whole atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Check-in was easy and the guy who served us (sorry I didn’t get your name) was brilliant - offering tips about getting the train to Paris, talking us through the pool arrangements and setting our eldest up with a card to access the gym. ||The outside space and comfortable bar/reception area are a real bonus as, with a family room and two older children, you don’t have much space in your room. There are loungers and comfy patio furniture by the pool, which is small but got rave reviews from our boys, and there is also an outdoor table tennis table which got a lot of use! There are also water coolers in the corridor with constant access to chilled, filtered water. This facility and the aircon were very welcome in the heat! ||If you’re planning to visit Parc Asterix it is less than 10 minutes away but you do need a car or I guess you could Uber/taxi easily. We had our EV and were very pleased to access the bank of chargers (at least 10) in the hotel car park. I normally use reviews on trip advisor, for some unknown reason this time I looked at google and thought the hotel would be fine, only after some head scratching about how bad it was did I check trip advisor,

This is one of the worst 4 star hotels I have stayed at, don’t get me wrong not worst hotel but this is only 4 star due to on paper facilities, the whole place looks like a motel, the rooms and corridors were just old and dirty, if it was just me it would be fine but with 2 kids the room was small, the sofa beds were tiny and with a crack with some painful metal between them.

The breakfast was reasonable, basic for the money but no major issues there.

Reception staff in check in were very friendly and the next day the morning staff also fine, nothing special but not an issue.

Don’t get me wrong it’s not a terrible hotel but if it was a 3 star hotel I’d give it an overall 4/5 but when it’s a 4 star hotel and for the price I expect better, personally won’t be staying again, it looks like just over the other side of the motorway there is a new development with lots of food and other hotels, would suggest that may be a...

On December 24-30, 2023, we vacationed to Saint Witz France, from Denmark 🇩🇰. Overall, the hotel location is comfortable, quiet, bed rooms are comfortable... We rented two family rooms, for parents and 5 kids. The breakfast was warm, all the menu delicious, the rooms very clean, all employees friendly, parking area very spacious, internet wifi smooth, kids' corner was okay... ... The children played Monopoly at night, the gym room for exercising was quite small, but it was okay...

A little disappointed that the swimming pool was not open during ☃️❄️ winter, and the room heater was not very warm, no extra blankets provided in the room, and the wardrobe was indeed very small, need improvement 💐❤️❤️.
