We just returned from a 3-night stay (2 days in Disney) at this hotel. We actually booked it by mistake, thinking it was the closer one with the same name—but once we figured it out, the journey was super easy!
Quick travel tip: if you arrive by Eurostar, the bus setup can be confusing. The north bus stops are by the station, but for this hotel, you need the south stops—through Disney Village (open 08:00–01:00). You’ll go through security and bag checks, but it’s quick and fine even with luggage. Take bus 2231 from Chessy Sud K (€2.50). It’s popular, especially at peak times, and runs late (we saw one around 01:00, despite what Google says). Get off at Jussieu—it’s just around the corner from the hotel. Going back, the stop is almost directly opposite.
If that sounds like too much hassle, it’s only a 10-minute €10 Uber to Disney—we shared one on our first day and paid about the same as the bus.
The hotel itself was great for a budget stay: clean, modern, and comfy (though the bed did creak!). The bathroom was nice with good hot water and pressure. Only downside—no kettle! After a long Disney day, we just wanted a cup of tea. Luckily, there’s a hot drinks machine downstairs—hot chocolate after the fireworks in October was perfect.
Staff were super friendly and always smiling, and breakfast was great value. Some complain about limited hot options, but there were sausages and eggs (we’re vegetarians and enjoyed the eggs!). Not tons for vegans, though.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily come back—though next time, we might treat ourselves to an actual Disney hotel.
There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance so bring snacks and maybe eat at the Disney Village before leaving. There is a restaurant in the hotel opposite (with 10% discount), however, for us there was only one veggie option, no vegan options and it was relatively expensive (and sadly, we didn't enjoy our meals too much - the steaks and fish looked great though, so can't comment on meat eaters experiences!)
Enjoy Disney! 🌟
Just to add - there are USB-C charging ports in the room - so not the biggest hassle if you forget an adapter - also, the TV wasn't great, we brought an iPad with some pre-downloaded episodes on to watch in...

So I start with the ugly: We arrived Friday evening and parked in the disability parking spot. Turned out those are for the restaurant and the gate will close when the restaurant closes. There is just one other spot which is shared with the other hotel. So we asked where to park. We were allowed to park next to the building and put our disability card in front of the windshield.
That happened so for two nights. But on Sunday all parking spots were full and there was car on spot we were allowed to park the nights before. So we asked where to park then and the lady wasn’t friendly at all and mentioned there were no options. She gave us the suggestion to try to drive up to the gate of the restaurant as some kind of sick joke.
The parking spots in the parking garage are too small to load or unload a wheelchair, which the reception lady suggested. Also the parking garage was flooded with 3 to 5cm layer of water. Which is not handy for electric wheelchairs.
In the meantime the car which took our spot the nights before moved so we parked there. The lady of the reception threatened to call the police and have our car towed if we kept it there. Which we did the nights before.
Not friendly at all. To threaten a disabled person to have their car towed. And not think in solutions.
Anyway I checked out on the spot and found another hotel across the roundabout which had plenty of disabled parking and mentioned if they were full we were allowed to park on the side as long as we didn’t bother other cars. See it’s possible, like the nights before as well.
Really lousy behavior and not suitable if you are reliant on a wheelchair.
The good part: Room was nice and spacious. Clean as well. The keypad was also nice so you won’t lose your room key.
Would book again if they would fix their disability parking and the behavior of the front desk. If they wouldn’t , they won’t see us...
Read moreOk so here are the positive points especially if you are using this hotel for a Disney trip.... Right opposite the hotel on the main road is the bus stop, the 2231 bus will take you DIRECTLY to the Disneyland resort, €2.50 per person each way which you need to pay exact amount of cash and about a 25 minute trip. Coming back to the hotel use stand K at the bus station outside disney and the bus runs straight back to the stop by the hotel. The stop by the hotel is Jussieu (spelling app) and you need to request the stop on the bus with the stop button.
Now the hotel itself... The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are VERY basic with no kettle or anything you'd normally expect in your room, just a bed, a tv and a shower room... The mattresses on the beds are comfy but the cheap beds are noisy. Move a little and they creak and groan. It's really annoying!!!!!!
Breakfast is disgusting!!! Avoid at all costs the warm options, they are awful!!!!!
If you're hungry at night they do a pizza and they are pretty good!!
There's a bar in the hotel opposite the entrance which is expensive but ok. The restaurant opposite left to the entrance does fantastic food, it's not the cheapest but it's really nice and the staff are lovely.
There are no shops nearby so make sure you're stocked up on snacks and fluids.
The 2231 bus will also take you to the Marne la Vallee shopping centre which is great. Get off at the Lac stop and you're a few minutes walk away.
All in all we weren't impressed with the hotel but it is what it is for the price and as I said the staff were friendly...
