Hotel Axien . სასტუმრო აქსიენი — Hotel in Stepantsminda

First of all I am host as they are. I am writing this because want to improve their sevice. I booked with google two weeks earlier. When we checked price of the room at the arriving day it was quiet cheap. So I paid more than actual price. The view from the room is great, but I think different view is not so good. Hotel is not closer to center if you are having car that great but walking here by fiet there is no close any market. The bad thing was that I was calling to owner and they don't answered. If you wanted something there is no one in reception. Very bad thing for me was that one of the staff who is older came to our room after 00:00 and said "sleep why you are so speaking louder" he spoke to me very rude and intonation was high I didn't answered but this kind of attitude is bad. If he politly said it to me I wouldn't angried on him. Rooms also wasn't clean I was walking without shoose and my feets became very dirty. One of our room there was bad smell in toilet. Price what I paid was high. If you want to provide best service than you should improve. Answer to the hotel:There wasn't 4a.m don't make misunderstending. The way was asked very rude. The room had great view but not fair to price with cleannes. 24 hours reception wasn't i was calling five time before arriving and no one answered. When we arrived we are finding 10 minutes someone who will give us key. Advice you have great facilitie if you consider what I am writing it will be great. Have nice work and season. A good family run hotel, with some points to consider. I was looking for a good cozy place to stay in Stepantsminda, I chose this looking at reviews, this hotel is good, with a wonderful family run, rooms of big spacious and clean, good heating, and very good view Now the major issue we faced, the hotel is like the edge of the map, to access a supermarket you either have to walk 5-10 minutes or pay highly priced 30 Gel on a taxi, I stayed in December it was very hard to walk on the snow The hotel has no lift, we received no help at the reception with the bags My biggest worry was the housekeeping, they don't provide daily housekeeping, table charge you additional 15 GEL, they stated free housekeeping is only done if we book 3 nights, there is nothing much to do for 3 nights They don't have a restaurant but will provide you a basic breakfast for a additional charge Many times you feel you are only one there, you will not find anyone at the reception, you need to call If you have your own vehicle, it is good,...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Although there’s no elevator, the staff were more than happy to help with carrying my luggage, making the process very smooth.
