I have stayed at this hotel twice. Once before climbing Mount Kazbek and once after. The first time, the water drainage system in the bathroom was faulty, so when taking a shower, water poured into the room. After the climb, I again came to this hotel because due to fatigue I did not have the strength to look for a new hotel. But this time there was a problem again, again related to the bathroom. Namely, the water was not hot but barely warm. That day I walked many kilometers with a heavy backpack; I got cold and wet along the way, and I really wanted to warm up in hot water. But this did not work out. The water was almost cold.||When I called the manager and he came, instead of explaining, this man began to accuse me. Instead of explaining the reason for the problem with cold water or at least expressing regret, offering a free breakfast, a bottle of beer at least, or simply expressing regret in words, this person, on the contrary, began to look for reasons to blame me for some senseless things and at the end of the conversation he even said that if something doesn’t suit me, then I can move to another hotel.||This meant that after a hard and tiring day, after I carried all my things from the first to the third floor, I would have to get dressed, collect the things, scattered by that time, move all these things back into the car and start looking on the Internet for a new hotel. I didn't hear an ounce of regret from this man. Only raised voice, rudeness, impudence and mockery. Since the offer to move to another hotel was nothing more than a mockery.||Of course I didn’t move anywhere. I stayed there for the night, but promised myself not to forget to write an appropriate review on the Internet so that other people would know what could await them in this place.||This hotel has its advantages. The hotel has a good view of Mount Kazbek. And despite the fact that it is quite far from the center, if you have a car, you could have a normal rest there. However, malfunctions associated with the bathroom and the owner who behaves with guests unworthy of Georgian hospitality and unworthy in general, reduce all the advantages to zero.||Do not...
