The room condition is just fine- soft beddings, clean toilet, hot shower; all essential things for a stay.

Also, I must mention, the host is very professional in means of 'taking care of the guests'. He is very friendly and will be happy to guide you about the town, especially if this is your first time...

Quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient place.

I stayed here for 6 days and really enjoyed my time here. It is 2 mins walk from the Sbahn. 7 mins walk from Viktoria park and city center.

The rooms were spacious and had TV, fan, toiletries. No AC but the rooms were actually cool enough that I didn't need an AC (in the summer).

The owner was super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable!
