I have booked accommodation via booking.com. Original booking was from 6.11. till 11.11.2019. Price including VAT was 1.159,85 EUR, therefore 231,97 EUR/night. ||29.10.2019 I have shortened my stay to 7.11. till 11.11.2019. Price including VAT was 1051,98, therefore 262.99 EUR/night. When changing my reservation, I have not been informed about the price change.||What was my surprise when I have arrived to the hotel:||1. The hotel was not informed about the change in the reservation and wanted to charge me for that. Luckily they didnt!||2. The hotel staff was asking me if I have another person with me and a child. After checking once again, I found out that I have on my reservation really stated accommodation for 2 adult people and 1 child which I have never ordered. On the other hand on the page where I can make changes on booking.com (and where I was always looking) on my accommodation there is stated that the accommodation is for 1 adult person. Which one is correct then?????||3. The price they announced to me when checking in on site was around 107 EUR/night for first 2 nights and around 411 EUR/night for the two remaining nights. Therefore something different to what I have agreed when booking the room. We have company policy regarding to the prices and it is a big surprise for me that suddenly I have about 411 EUR/night on my bill.||4. I wanted to shorten my stay in the hotel due to the above, but after check in in the hotel the change was not possible on booking.com. The only information was: please contact the property if you require any changes. The hotel receptionist refused to shorten my stay, referring to the conditions of booking.com and the fact that I have shortened my stay already. Even though I wanted to make the change 24 in case of Saturday night/48 hours in case of Sunday night beforehand. ||Necessary to say that the receptionist on Friday morning told me to come later to speak to her colleague (as she is there only to help from Dortmund and doesnt know if she can cancel). When talking to this colleague (the same guy I have met when checking in), he told me that if I would have make the change yesterday he would make it, but because I have canceled also the night 6.11. he will not do it. ||This was unpleasant situation for me as I have to stay in the hotel I didnt want to be in under these conditions. ||||This situation is very disappointing for me as I am often user of booking.com both private and business. The lady at the front desk who didn't speak any English refused to even look at it and just kept saying "No". She didn't even really check on her computer for oure reservation. She had to call two other service girls who kind of spoke English and after 2 1/2 hours they were able to find my reservation. My coworker also had the same issue but instead they let someone else in her room which was some random male and she's a women which is not only scary but I unprofessional. Even though she was on the receipt they just said sorry about giver her reservation to someone under her room and told her just go in to find bags of the male in there. This was probably the worst experience I've had staying at a hotel. Corporate needs to really needs to check on their business operations and handle this type of stuff and be more accountable for...

They said to wait some time AC to heat, waited for 2 hours in the hall because inside the room can not stay even in jacket. Still no heating. At reception speak only German , only said that they can not do nothing, have no available room or technician in a 120 room hotel. I begged there for 2,5 hours. Very very rude staff. Finally they changed the room, but surprise , heating also did not work, and they just acknowledged that have a problem with heating, as other persons also complained.
