We originally booked the hotel through hotels.com to stay in March and although travel restrictions were starting to be put into place due to Covid hotels.com wouldn’t let us change the booking. I contacted the hotel directly and couldn’t fault them, they moved our booking (although they didn’t have to) at no extra charge. I was so impressed with how quickly they responded and the fantastic customer service I received. I moved the booking to the end of July but unfortunately due to having to shield I am unable to travel even though general restrictions have been lifted. I emailed Hotel Danner to ask to cancel my booking. They replied within a few minutes and cancelled the booking for me at no charge. Thank you so much for the quick replies and excellent customer service and for going above and beyond what you had to. I will definitely book with them as soon as it’s safe for me to travel.
