I'm a New Yorker of Chinese descent who frequented many Chinese cuisine restaurants in the three Chinatown areas of New York City (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn) as well as other major cities in the US. This was my first time trying Chinese cuisine in Europe with Rheinfelden, Germany as my first stop. I had MaPo tofu (cubed tofu with minced pork in mildly spicy brown sauce) and Crispy Duck with vegetables. They were seasoned well and absolutely delicious. I also like the Chinese decor with a cozy feel. Service was attentive with a nice lady server. There are many Chinese cuisines. I would describe this one as a mixed Szechuan and Cantonese style.
