A Perfect Stay at Chateau in the vineyard.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chateau in the vineyard, and it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel right at home. The location is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area and easy access to local attractions.

The room was impeccably clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, with every detail carefully considered to make my stay comfortable. I especially loved the personal touches, like the welcome basket and fresh flowers in the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring.

The hosts were attentive and helpful, always ready to offer suggestions for things to do and see in the area, yet they gave me plenty of space to enjoy my time in peace.

Was excited to find this place as the prices are amazing compared to other locations and yet was extremely relaxing. Yes we didn't have a receptionist or continuously on-site landlord but that was what we wanted. It felt like an escape from the city in a peaceful apartment. Had no issues with cleanliness or missing items that were needed. The owner was easy to work with and left clear instructions on how to get in and even answered a few questions we had on the surrounding area. From what we showed our friends (who recommended this) they have done several renovations to improve the building. Wir hatten Wohnung Nr. 2 (2 Personen) gemietet. Sauber, tlw. jedoch etwas abgewohnt. Für uns hat der Platz gereicht. Ich könnte eine frühere, sehr schlechte Beurteilung (die doppelt mit gleichem Inhalt aber anderem Namen hier ist) nicht so ganz nachvollziehen.

Unser Schlüssel lag bei unserer Ankunft bereit, Vermieterkontakt gab es während des gesamten Aufenthalts (1 Woche) keinen (wurde aber schriftlich per WhatsApp oder Tel. angeboten).

Was uns etwas störte, war schlecht ablaufendes Wasser im Waschbecken sowie eine ziemlich weiche Matratze. Ersteres haben wir aber nicht extra moniert, da keine Verstopfung bestand. Evtl auch ein Problem allgemeiner Art, wie man dem Hinweis an der Toilette entnehmen konnte.

Ein Abstellplatz für das Auto steht für diese Wohnung erst in ca. 350 Meter Entfernung zur Verfügung. Die meisten anderen Wohnungen hatten Plätze direkt vor dem Haus, die genauen Stellplätze sind aber fest den Ferienwohnungen zugewiesen. Hierzu gibt's aber Hinweise.

Im hinteren Außengelände haben wir eine Sitzgelegenheit und auch einen veralteten Grillplatz gefunden. Ob der aber noch genutzt wird, ist fraglich. Sah aktuell nicht so aus.

Alles in allem war die Ausstattung der Wohnung unseres Erachtens nach dem Preis angemessen. Die Fotos auf der Website sind allerdings tatsächlich nicht ganz der Realität entsprechend.

Vorteilhaft ist natürlich die fußläufige Lage zum historischen Altstadtzentrum sowie zum Seeufer.

Vor dem Haus geht auch eine Straße vorbei, die nachts aber durch Tempo 30 beschränkt wird. Zur jetzigen Jahreszeit (Mai) war diese Lautstärke bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem. Wie es bei Hitze wäre (keine Klimaanlage), kann ich...
