Euro Homes Hotel — Hotel in Accra

My first experience at the Euro Homes Hotel was simply awesome. The hospitality from the manager and the staff was above and beyond. My second visit was just so terrible that I had to leave, cut my stay there short. I will not recommend this to anyone. They moved me to a different room without my presence even though I had told them not to touch my things to a room with an uncompleted bathroom that when you bath, the water spills all over creating a pool of water. After my first bath, I had the night agent come clean the bathroom. All I asked for was a room with a bath that had no issues to my surprise, they blatantly told me no and that they were not going to do that. See...

With the type of rate we paid, we expected the room to at least have some basic amenities like a small tube of toothpaste and a toothbrush but it had none of that. The handheld shower handle was also broken, making it impossible to use. The bed was however comfortable and the duvet, very soft. The bedside lamp gave a beautiful atmosphere but the one on the left side of the bed didn't work. Also, there are no elevators in...

Nice room, but rooms are tiny for the price, bathroom wasn't finished being built and had some weird hole in the wall type prison window. No hot water upon arrival so had to shower in the cold. Only 1 towel in the double room, weren't offering food when we were there. Door locked us in our room and we had to call reception to let us out.

Don't get me wrong, COMFY BED and great TV but not worth the 470 cedi (£65) we paid...
