PANETELEIMONAS APARTMENTS ERATO — Hotel in Dion - Olympos Municipality

The worst and most frustrating experience ever. When we arrived, the hostess said she didn't know where to put us.. She took us to a room where the toilet was 1m2 and the shower was on top of the toilet sheet!! We asked to be transferred to another room. The room was dirty, there were small rocks and sand under the sheets of the mattress on the bed. The sheets had holes, the Wi-Fi was working half times. The main light bulb of the room was burnt up, thankfully it was changed after we informed the hostess. The key of the room was stuck, the hostess filled it with black oil to slide, which then left stains on our bags and clothes. In the room there was 1 toilet paper, no soap at all, dirty kitchen tools, we were provided with only body towels after we asked for them and we had to ask again for face/hand towels. The 2nd time we asked for toilet paper the hostess answer was: ''You don't go shopping here huh?'' which was very rude. And to top it all, the owner kept my ID from the 1st day of the accommodation, which I didn't know it is not allowed due to GDPR, and FORGOT TO GIVE IT TO ME WHEN I PAID the last day. We left Thursday at 09.00 by train to Thessaloniki, and she called me at 10.47 to inform me that she had put my ID in a drawer, she forgot to give it to me and I forgot to ask for it! She said that it was half my mistake and half hers and to give her a good review on Booking! When I told her that she needs to send it to me, she didn't want to pay for neither the post office or the courier because it was expensive, 12euros. I told her that I would pay but she needs to send it urgently because I was having my 2nd Covid Vaccination the next morning, I called her 11 times to see what was happening and she finally sent my ID at 13:06 and the ID was here on Monday. What would have happened if I was travelling somewhere and needed my ID right away? I should have remembered it, but it is THE HOSTESSE’S RESPONSIBILITY TO GIVE THE ID'S BACK TO...

Παλιό κτίριο με αρχαίο εξοπλισμό με πολύ φασαρία, πολύ κοντά στην παλιά εθνική,βρωμούσε η αποχέτευση σε όλο το κτίριο ανυπόφορα , δεν υπήρχε σήμα ίντερνετ ούτε από τα ρούτερ τους ούτε από το σήμα των εταιρειών,οι μπαλκονόπορτες δεν κλείνανε η εξώπορτα δεν κλείδωνε ούτε από μέσα ούτε απέξω ,το ψυγείο δούλευε συνέχεια με ένα τρομερό βουητό που ακουγόταν παντού, τοποθετημένο σε πολύ στενό σημείο που για να βάλεις η να βγάλεις κάτι έπρεπε να είσαι ζονγκλέρ,χωρίς φως(καμμένη λάμπα που την είδε μια κυρία κι ακόμη την αλλάζει) κρεβάτι με καθαρά σεντόνια αλλά πολύ άβολο και για ανθρώπους ύψους 1,60 το πολύ, τιβι πολύ μικρή και μακριά από το κρεβάτι , καζανάκι χαλασμένο που είχε συνεχή διαρροή με θόρυβο,ζεστό νερό δεν υπηρχε λόγω συννεφιάς, ντουζιέρα δεν υπήρχε τα νερά τρεχαν παντού,και τέλος παράθυρα χωρίς σίτες προσκλητήριο...

Πολύ φιλόξενοι τύποι, απεναντι από την πανσιον τους εχει απεραντο χωρο στάθμευσης (δημοσιο) και πάρκαρα δίπλα στο δικο τους αυτοκινητο.Έρχεται η οικοδεσποτισα και λέει ότι θα γρατζουνισω το αμαξι τους και μετα παρεμβαινει και συζυγος της λεγοντας οτι θελει να παιρνει ξυλα απο εκει και ποσοι ειμαστε (προφανως για να δει εαν θα παρει φραγκα) και οτι εχει ποσα δωματια με πελατες και θελουν να παρκαρουν (κατα τα αλλα το παρκινγκ ηταν ολο αδειο και μπορουσαν να χωρεσουν 20-30 αμαξια). Τελικα το εβαλα πιο εκει γιατι να διαπληκτιζομαι με εναν τυπο που έχει αυτη την νοοτροπια μαλλον ειναι ανουσιο, και οταν γυρισα μετα απο 4 ώρες, μονο 1-2 αμαξια ειχαν παρκαρει. Σας προτείνω να βραβειο φιλοξενιας του Ελληνικου Οργανισμου...
