When I arrived at 8pm I was looked at like an alien by the bored owners. Also, I was alone. There were no other clients but I was hungry so I asked if I could get some food. They advertised kokoretsi on the shop front, that's why I went there. Well they didn't have it so I'd tried some sheep ( ζυγούρι, zigouri). The cook asked me something about the meat so I kindly told him that I don't speak Greek very well and asked him to speak more slowly. He just waved it away and left. What I got: 2 pieces of very dry, very hard meat that I couldn't cut with their steak knife, let alone chew, and one chop that was edible. There were fries, very light and not crispy at all and I had aubergine salad, which was very pasty (lots of mayonnaise?) and salty. I was glad when I could pay and leave. First time in my life I...

This area is known for its meats but from trying others in the nearby proximity, I highly recommend this spot. You might not get as good views of the castle as across the road but in my opinion the food seems to be better.
We ordered a mixed meat platter for five people and we were given five of everything, so pork Souvlaki, chicken Souvlaki, lamb chops, loukaniko and Bifteki. Meat was cooked beautifully with wonderful flavour.
On the sides we hade Greek salad, chips, Tzaziki, spinach and as well as another spring onion salad and side dip.
With drinks the bill came to around €70. Amazing value for money. There was even complementary mini ice cream cones. We left stuffed.
Will likely be returning...

The waiter talked and behaved in a rude and arrogant way. For some reason, he refused to bring a new portion of biftekia (saying it would delay for much time). Finally, he brought a bill for us to pay before we finished our meal. I regret we didn't leave as soon as he said, while bringing our order, "Εντάξει" (which means in Greek "Ok", instead of "Enjoy your meal" or something like that that a professional waiter would...
