Family run business with several villas placed in beautiful surrounding, full of various plants and olive trees. Nice pool to refresh before going to seaside, or simply chill out next to it with pool bar with affordable prices. Kids friendly place, most of the guests are families with kids. Great view of Syvota from villa terrace. 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, but coming back could be problem for some people, as property is on steep hill. Coming by car is reccomended, as there are lots of very nice beaches to visit, driving 5-20 minutes. Hosts are very kind and friendly, you can get all the help and advices you need, and they will often surprise you with domestic fruit, sweets for your kids... Visited this beautiful accommodation last week, we stayed in the villa called Camelia which is 2 bedrooms with a sea view. The photos on the website do not do it justice, it is the perfect combination of traditional Greece and modern. The gardens are beautiful and the pool and the area around it are immaculate. The villas are a 10 minute walk into the town and a 10 minute walk to the local beach. Sivota has a beautiful harbour which have a great selection of restaurants...

An amazing place to relax and enjoy your summer holidays. Alkyon Villas is on a walking distance from the center of Sivota and the beach of Galikos Molos and it is surrounded by a beautiful greenery scenery with a nice sea view.
