I recently had the pleasure of dining at Castelio in Syvota! The food offered here is definitely deserving of a solid 4-star ranking. The flavors were well-balanced.
However, what truly set this restaurant apart was the exceptional service, spearheaded by a remarkable individual named George ( Γιώργος ). His kindness and politeness were truly remarkable, earning the service a perfect 5-star rating.
Towards the end of our meal, George surprised us with a delightful homemade sweet, lovingly prepared by his own mother. This personal touch truly exemplified the dedication and care that Castelio puts into providing a top-notch experience for its patrons.

Gigantes were probably the tastiest dish we had but more to try. Reasonable prices too. 4 dishes, 2 bottles of retsina and water €41. Though we didn’t have a main. Dessert was offered on the house. As we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a young man who easily found a table for 4 of us..
