Me and my girlfriend stayed there for 13 days...the general service was excellent...mr Vasilis was very helpful with solutions to everything (he also helped with all the things we needed in bookings to restaurants, clubs and beach bars in Kassandra), the appartment was very clean and comfortable, the rooms are situated centrally to the village of nea skioni with just 5 minutes walking distance to the center and the price for the high season (end of July to start of August ) was very satisfying...fully...

Кондиционер входит в стоимость проживание в номере,вентилятор прикреплённый к потолочному светильнику ,можно использовать для тех,кто не может пользоваться кондиционером.Бесплатный Wi-Fi на территории отеля и в номере с хорошим уровнем сигнала.В душевой комнате желательно заменить устаревшую сантехнику(унитаз подтекает) поддон без шторки-это описание номера-студио №113. на первом этаже с выходом во двор и видом на море.Своё патио перед каждым номером первого этажа с обеденным большим столом.Самостоятельная уборка номера ,ванной комнаты и туалета.Смена белья по просьбе,один раз в семь дней,полотенце по одному большому на человека,полотенца для лица нет,полотенца под ноги в душевой комнате тоже нет..Не большой кухонный уголок с двухконфорочной плитой(желательно заменить на более новую,большой круг не греет) и холодильником, с минимальным набором посуды для самостоятельного приготовления еды,электрический чайник.Во дворе отеля имеется ухоженная игровая площадка для детей, и уголком для самостоятельного приготовления барбекю.Расстояние до моря 200 метров и 400-500 метров до пляжа с песчаным заходом.Лежаки за напитки в баре .Душ на пляже имеется,кабинок для переодевания нет.Супермаркет и рыбные магазины в 10-15 минутах ходьбы от апартаментов.В посёлке есть действующая церковь с воскресной литургией.Автобусная остановка по направлению к Салоникам и по направлению в Лутру в Агию Параскеву находится на дороге...
