Rooms should have been cleaner - the floor was dusty (as well as the night stands) and there were stains on the doors, bed covers and curtains. We were under the impression that the room hadn't been cleaned before we entered.
WiFi was working very well, we had no issues. We didn't have to use the air conditioning at all, because the room was never too hot.
The pool was very clean, we enjoyed it. However, it couldn't be used between 14:00 and 17:00, which is inconvenient for people who would like to spend a day by the pool instead of going to the beach. There is also a bar next to the pool, but it was boarded up, so we couldn't use it either.
The gate is locked every night at 23:00 and the guests get a code to enter, so that is good safety-wise. The courtyard is well maintained, with different types of flowers.
On the other hand, no guests are allowed at all and music is only allowed on your phone until 23:00. I guess it's nice for people with children, but there were also young (and not so young) people in the villa who wanted to enjoy their vacation, and with all the rules imposed it was less enjoyable.
The location is very good, in a quiet street. The walk to the beach was not too long for us, and all the tavernas and small shops are close.
In the few interactions we had with the hosts, they were hospitable and pleasant.
The main issue was the last day of the holiday - we had to leave the room at 8:30 and our bus was supposed to pick us up at 18:30. We were not allowed to use the pool that day and we were advised not to linger in the common courtyard because new guests were arriving. We could only leave our suitcases there. There must be a way to make the 10-hour wait for your guests more bearable - provide a place to shower, change clothes, or use...
