Erato-Studios — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

At the end of June 2025, I stayed here with my family. The rooms are really spacious and bright. Since it’s a duplex, it’s perfect for families with kids. Every room has its own balcony. Security is excellent — the main door locks at 10 PM. Fortis and his spouse were super helpful.

Booking canceled my reservation without telling me because it couldn’t charge half the fee on my credit card. Fortis showed me how kind and supportive he is. I paid him the remaining amount directly, and he made sure I could stay at the hotel.

I had been there the previous summer with my friends. 5 of the most memorable days if my life It was a great accommodation. Sensible prices in our budget. Nobody bothered us. The guest was kind and helpful. He also recomend us some places to eat. I have already recomend it to others and they are about to book there. Although it was a last minute decision I'm really glad I decided to go for these studios. They were clear and followed all the covid restrictions. Στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο που διέμενα με τους φίλους μου, υπήρχαν αρκετά προβλήματα όπως οι πετσέτες ήταν λερωμενες και τα σεντόνια, συγκεκριμένα σε ένα σεντόνι είχε ολόκληρες τρύπες από κάψιμο και λεκεδες από αίμα. Δεν υπήρχαν σημαντικά είδη υγιεινής όπως το χαρτί υγείας ή σαπούνι για τα χέρια,επίσης δεν υπήρχε πετσέτα ή πατάκι στο μπάνιο με πιθανότητα ότι μπορεί να γλιστρήσει κάποιος.. επίσης έπρεπε να διαμείνουν μαζί μας καποιοι φιλοι για κάτι ώρες μόνο κι μας ζητούσαν επιπλέον χρήματα. Κάτι ακόμα στο δωμάτιο μας υπήρχε μια σκάλα γιατί ήταν 5κλεινο που ήταν ακρως επικίνδυνη,όπως και το κλιματιστικό βρισκόταν σε ένα σημείο που δεν δρόσιζε ιδιαίτερα το σπίτι. Tελευταίο ο ιδιοκτήτης του ξενοδοχείου ενώ στο τηλέφωνο ήταν ευγενικός από κοντά ήταν αγενείς σε σημείο που καταλάβαμε ότι τον ένοιαζαν μόνο τα χρήματα και όχι αν έχουν μείνει οι πελάτες...
