Outstanding stay at Luuks Luxury Accommodation. My partner and I stayed here for 7 days and between us- we could not fault this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very welcoming, efficient and friendly. We were shown around the hotel and taken to our room. There is a lift making the hotel accessible and easy for taking around suitcases. The room itself was immaculate. So incredibly clean and looked brand new. The room came with a smart TV, large walk-in shower and ensuite bathroom and a very big (and very comfortable) bed. The room also had a small private balcony which we did not realise until we arrived- it was nice to sit out in the evenings and also made it easy to dry our swimming towels.
The hotel is small, very private and a great place for couples. The pool area was very clean, had steps into the pool and a shallow area with chairs in. Plenty of sunbeds- offering both sun and shade. The pool bar offers drinks and food all day- we thoroughly recommend the freshly made mojitos! The hotel breakfast was outstanding. Every morning there were different things on offer at the breakfast buffet, ranging from: cooked items such as bacon, sausage, eggs and grilled vegetables, to fresh fruits and yoghurts, cereals and pastries (different choices each morning) and teas/coffees/ juices.
In terms of location of the hotel- it couldn’t be better. It is located right on the outskirts of the village of Hanioti- where there is a beach, plenty of shops/amenities and lots of restaurants. It is close enough to be able to walk everywhere, but far away enough so that it is quiet at night. Lots of things going on in the village itself, and places to purchase excursions too. We personally loved Pallini beach, it was a bit further away (20 mins or so walk) and was completely natural.
We are so grateful to have been able to stay in such a lovely hotel. Thank you to the team at Luuks for a very memorable and...
Read moreSpent a week here with my husband. A beautiful hotel, only opened in June so everything was lovely. |Location was perfect. A 10 minute stroll to the beach (a little bit stony but otherwise nice beds and umbrellas for hire). The walk takes you through the main town which has lots of restaurants, bars and shops. |Room was good. I booked a duplex room probably thinking we would have more of a lounge area but instead there was the normal layout of bed, shower, balcony etc on the floor we walked in on with the same on the lower floor. Worked for us as it meant my husband had his own shower room and could lay out all his clothes downstairs. Would work perfectly for a family or 4 friends. Cleaning in the room was very good. Would point out there wasn’t any tea/coffee making facilities in the room as mentioned in the website but this could be something that is coming perhaps. |The pool area is stunning. The attention to detail with the materials used throughout is amazing. I think one thing that would be better would be for towels to be left on the beds first thing in the morning. Instead you had to ask at reception which then meant that staff member having to leave their station to go down a flight of stairs to retrieve a towel. The pool bar is lovely but not always staffed and strangely doesn’t serve any food. Not a massive problem as there is a beautiful bakery right next door but think they are missing out on an opportunity here. Some days music was played around the pool but this wasn’t consistent. |Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Staff were all brilliant and friendly. |One piece of advice would be to get rid of the awful white plastic clothes dryers. They look so out of place in this beautiful hotel.|Would definitely recommend staying here(have already) and would return...
Read moreI definitely recommend this hotel for a stay. Beautiful design and a cozy atmosphere.
I really enjoyed the breakfasts – every day there was something new, and there were plenty of options to create your own favorite breakfast.
The staff are attentive, kind, and always ready to help with any request. We had an early excursion planned, and they kindly prepared breakfast for us to take with us on the road – a big thank you for that.
At first, we tried coffee in local cafés, but to be honest, it was terrible. Our opinion about coffee in the area completely changed thanks to this hotel – it was incredibly delicious, one of the best we’ve ever had. It quickly became our little tradition to buy sweets from the nearby pastry shop and enjoy them with the hotel’s amazing coffee at the bar.
I also want to highlight the great attention to cleanliness – the hotel really takes care of it.
Some reviews mention road noise from cars, but in reality, it’s not a problem – just close the window and you won’t hear it.
There is a bakery and a pastry shop next to the hotel, as well as two supermarkets. The beach is only a 8-10 minute walk away, which is very convenient.
Many thanks to the staff for the warm atmosphere they create, for their attentiveness, and their friendliness. I wish them only kind and pleasant guests...
