I was absolutely impressed by this hotel and especially by the owner who is always present and ready to help. What really stood out to me is that he personally spent around an hour with each guest, explaining everything about the area. What to see, where to go, and what to avoid. That kind of care is rare.
The hotel itself is perfectly designed for comfort. Iâm 2 meters tall and felt completely at ease â 2.30 m doors, high showers, quality sheets and towels, great air conditioning. Ambient lighting follows you step by step in the corridors, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Thereâs even an elevator, although the building has only 3 floors. On top of that, there is Starlink internet, which I honestly saw for the first time in a hotel â extremely fast and reliable, and it helped me a lot since I was working during my stay.
The beach is just 2 minutes away, parking is always available, and there are two EV charging stations. Honestly, this was the cheapest hotel I found, so I had no expectations. But now itâs the only place Iâll be staying in the area for sure.
P.S. If there was a garden or a pool to relax in after the beach, weâd happily...
Read moreWhat can I say â Epavlis Eleftheriadi is simply the place you must stay if you're vacationing in Paralia, Katerini. The location is perfect: about a 10-minute walk from the center, far enough from the noise and crowds to enjoy real peace and quiet. It offers a stunning view directly over the coastline.
Just 3â4 minutes away youâll find several excellent beach bars with great prices and fantastic service. The hotel itself is very reasonably priced â in fact, for the quality you get, it actually feels like a bargain. Itâs a new building, with spotless rooms and bathrooms that are cleaned daily, including fresh towels and linens.
The manager is fantastic â always ready to help and happy to recommend good places to eat or have fun. Thereâs ample parking right in front of the hotel, and you wonât have to worry about your car. Two streets run directly past the property â one leading to the beach, the other to the town center.
Top-notch location, outstanding cleanliness and service. Iâm a very critical person, and I honestly couldnât find a single flaw â which says a lot. Highly...
Read moreWe stayed for one weekend and enjoyed it very much! It's a new hotel, the furniture is nice, the colors and decoration in the room is cute, nice view from our balcony, clean room! The room also has a refrigerator. Rooms were sound proof, the area is quiet and safe, the a/c worked without any problems (you need it in Greece in July!). Also the owner was very friendly (and had a very sweet dog) polite and helped us with everything we needed (directions, recommendations for food and entertainment etc). The only things I could say are: 1) no curtain in the shower (makes the bathroom floor messy and dangerous) 2)the room is a little bit too narrow. It's ok for one weekend but for more days I would need more room. 3) we had a car but if you don't have one you have to walk to the beach or the center of Paralia (not very far but not very close either). 4) the room has no telephone so you can't call the reception nor can the reception call you... (they just knock on your door whenever they want to, whatever you are doing...). I would stay there again! Good...
